Second purchase. Checked out as guest both times. Each time wrong size has been sent. I am sure Wilma will find the fault with me. I did not return the first item and made due. After reading the return policy/reviews, I'm not giving them the opportunity to take more of my money. Save yourself the trouble and order straight from the maker of said product. I ordered size 3.

Ordered three half-slips. Took a ridiculous amt of time to arrive. Am returning two... but don't really need the third one any longer.

It would have been nice to know how long the delivery would take prior to placing my order.

Not so great

I ordered 2 bras and one pair of panties. The panties shipped right away but the bras took a very long time. I received an email telling me one of them was ready to ship and it did not show up until I inquired about its whereabouts. It took weeks to get the one bra. I was told a number of dates in regards to the 2nd bra, I even got an email saying it was getting ready to ship and then I got another email saying that they did not know when it would ship. I finally canceled the order after months of waiting.

Bali microfiber panty

Bali Comfort Revolution Microfiber Brief Panty are the only panties I wear. The are soft, have a great fit, & are cool even in hot weather.
I've been wearing these panties for years & rarely have to replace them.

I ordered one bra that, although I sent my measurements, was too small with no support and I returned it (which took $7.50 out of my pocket). I then reordered a different style and size (which is very satisfactory). It does seem to take a very long time from order to deli.

Disappointed and robbed

I was so happy to find my favorite old fashioned white nightgown at this online store! My 1st one had been a gift and was long worn out. On "her room" it was expensive, but it was my birthday present to myself. After a long wait it arrived.
Unfortunately, it smelled extremely strongly of perfumey detergent that made my eyes water. I held my breath and tried it on. Unfortunately it was too long. I re-packaged and returned it immediately with the appropriate paperwork. After another long wait, they responded that they would not accept my return because of the strong smell! I contacted customer service but of course no one ever responded. I feel totally ripped off and angry about what they have done. Don't shop there unless you like being pick-pocketed. The WORST!

The bras that I ordered were not true to size. When I return them I had to pay $16 for shipping which I think is ridiculous since most places offer free returns.
