I found it very easy to order and it came in sooner that I thought ir would,
I found this service horrible. I was charged for my purchase when I placed my order in July. The one confirmation email I received said several items were available but nothing was sent. After 2 months, mid-September, I received another email notice saying some things might be delayed and I could contact you to follow up or cancel my order, but I really just wanted my items and the contact options were particularly difficult. I waited another month (mid-October) and finally received two items from the order. Mid-November I received most of the rest of my order. One item which was refunded. Your company charged me $150 in July and I didn't see any products, or hear from you for MONTHS. I finally received a refund in early December for $58 of the order that you couldn't provide.
My order is always delivered in a timely manner and I am very happy with what I receive.

I appreciate Her room for what it provides- a place to find hard-to-find garments for women. I have had several encounters with customer service and do not find them to be customer-oriented. They are definitely there to protect the company. They do not offer any type of flexibility and that is fine but it is stressful buying from them as I know they are not accommodating in the least. It's not a reason to not buy from them, but you definitely need to be aware they make no exceptions and will not flinch.
I am happy that I can still get the pajamas and robes to match that used to be Vanity Fair. Thank you!

I ordered 3 bras from this company. It took over 2 months to receive 2 of them.
The Brasi I really liked but one of them didn't fit and I had to send back. And I had to pay to return which I can see happening again because even following the direction on their site for sizing the bra didn't fit. I imagine that happening again and again. So I don't think I will use this website unless I know the correct Bra size for the bra I want.
I found that "Her Room" met all my expectations and went far above of what I could have experienced! To sum up the times that I interacted with the company personnel, they could not have been any nicer and accommodating to me.
