This company is just awful. No one is accountable for the fraud. Purchased a handful of items, and returned some items the following day. They did not provide a refund for two of the items because of "blue ink" marks, which is simply impossible. I tried on the sports bras and returned. I asked them to provide proof of the ink marks and was simply told "someone 'might' get back to me" and for "policy reasons," they cannot provide a full refund. They receive 2 stars for having a good selection of items, but they are scammers, with no accountability.

My wife is a 3 8D, she's right on the edge of wearing a regular bras or plus size bras. We ordered two bras, one in a regular 3 8D one in a plus size. Both arrived, fresh out the shower she opened the package and tried on the plus size bra, it fit perfect, decided to keep it. She never opened the second one, so we returned it. First it cost me $7.90 to return it, then my return was declined as "unsellable, used", they claimed that it had deodorant stains and pet hairs. How, can something never removed from the package have deodorant stains and pet hairs? I was then told if I wanted it back I had to pay another $10. What a rip-off, first it costs me $7.90 to return the item, then they lie about the condition of the return, then they tell me if I want it back they want another $10. What a rip-off, absolutely horrible company, will never recommend them.
Ordered a hard-to-find undergarment which was unavailable from the manufacturer for a while. But Herroom kept me informed the entire time. I never had to worry that my order fell through the cracks. I've been using Herroom for years and have never been disappointed.
The bras I purchased fit well, however there is a place where the hooks are that are scratchy. Hopefully this will go away after numerous washings.

Recieved a threatening email telling me you might block me from ordering from your site which as a woman of color was very offensive to recieve.
I used all the tools on your website and even spoke to a representative and items still arrived that didn't fit well or were too big. I adjusted for the up sizes and the bras I ordered still fit wrong.
The quality of the bras and lace are worse than they look online, options are limited or sold out for larger breast and underwrite free.
You should offer more selections and brands.
Having to pay to ship back is a worse deal than going directly to the website for the brands which I may do next time as I know what brands I like and which ones aren't worth trying anymore.

I used HerRoom for the first time in Nov 2022. I ordered Ilusion ******* in a size 3 8D, the size I always order online or buy in store. This particular style was not a true (or standard) size 38. It fit very tight and uncomfortable, so I measured its length and myself. I was still measuring 38 inches (37.5 inches) and the Ilusion bra measured less than 33 inches! I compared it to other bras I owned (ThirdLove 3 8D) and it was visibly 1.5-2 inches shorter. HerRoom online chat did not apologize for the sizing and said "products are made shorter than the size (32 may be 28 inches) to allow for stretch." I understand that but not a 5 inch variance! Other brands build in 2-3 inches, not 4 or more! I will never trust HerRoom or purchase from them again.
Hello Michele - We have several times explained that measuring band length at rest against a used bra is folly. A new bra should have a tighter band. You were offered to return it, but you chose not to. We are sorry you are not accepting of our answer.
