I had to buy several sizes of bras to find out what size I was. Meaning I would return the ones that didn't fit. Doing that I was able to find my size and return the ones that didn't fit. They handled my return in a reasonable amount of time and I ordered more bras in the size that worked for me. Everything went fine and I had a good experience. The only complaint I have is the shipping. It took a very long time each time to receive the bras because of shipping. Other than that everything was good

Herroom stocks a couple of bras that I know fit and at a good price, so I buy those. The two times I asked for advice on a different bra I didn't like the product that was recommended - and the time I couldn't return a $70 bra that didn't live up to the hype after one wearing? Not taking that chance with this company again.
I've learned to order from abroad to get the Empreinte bras that fit me perfectly. 42E stays sold out, especially in the colors, for up to a year. Once the balconnette or low necked styles are gone, that's it & time to hit internet for European vendors. Not to mention the $100+ premium HerRoom charges on this brand. Tall women who wear larger sizes from height & different proportions are ignored for the short wide contingent with apparently huge overflowing cup sizes who need feats of engineering rather than sexy support. If you actually win the lottery & find your size on sale, the service is exemplary, including easy returns. But shopping here is now an afterthought given every store in Europe carries my size in all the colors I can't buy here & it's half the price even with high international shipping fees, duties & taxes.
I actually found an all cotton bra, (No foam!) in my small cup, big rib cage size. It was easy to order, but I had a hard time finding you in the first place.

When I put on the bra the band felt tight, but I wore it for half a day, until I finally took it off because it was so uncomfortable. I compared the band on the new bra with the one that i bought a few months ago. Band on the new bra was at least one inch smaller. This product is defective and I cannot wear it.

I have a very hard time with bathing suit fit. I do not expect them to fit and have about a 25% success rate. I am rating the site on their service, which is terrific and why I continue to do business with them.
