I received part of my order very quickly after placing the order. At the time I placed the order, I was told part of my order would be delivered in a week or so later, which was fine. It took quite a while for the rest of my order to arrive (many weeks) and while the product was correct, the color was not (ordered beige and received pink'ish). I'm keeping the item even though it's the wrong color, it's fine, but not what I ordered, and very late, with no explanation as to why this happened.

I was sent the wrong item, and any attempt to get the right item, was pretty much met with * crickets *! (ie: Silence) The only response I got was that I was asked to send a picture of what I ordered, which I had already sent them, but that was IT! Nothing further! Absolutely USELESS!

I hadn't ordered from this company for 16 year and had married and moved since then. After I ordered with my new address I received an email saying that my old address didn't match the address on my credit car. Hint, that's why I gave my new address. I provided my new address a second time. What did they do? Sent it to my old address from 16 years ago. When I followed up customer service told me they sent it to the correct address. I had to take the time to provide the email chain and was them refunded my purchase amount. I really just wanted what I purchased.

I found the bra I wanted to buy easily. I like that you can put a size in or style and get those items specifically saves so much time.
HerRoom is my go to for gifts and gift certificates for the lady of the house. And she is always thrilled! The one time I was off on sizing, they had a replacement in a blink. I got big points again, and HerRoom did all the work.
The Elita cotton high cut panties were made differently than they are now although the design name and number are the same. The elastic band used to be wrapped entirely in the cotton fabric and the cotton was more comfortable and had a bit more stretch to it or they're cut smaller now than they used to be. I like the original ones-I think they were made in Vietnam. New ones are made in China. If they features of the panties are that different, please assign the new design a different style number and be sure to change out all of the phontos to the newer design so we know what we're ordering

I am a unique bra size ( 32-34 H or HH).It is impossible to get a bra to fit. Add to that the differences in Europian sizing and I am out of luck. I ordered 2 bras, as I did last time. They came at 2 different times as they did last time. They neither one fit, as happened last time...So I'm out $15. In shipping AGAIN. Her Room has lots to offer IF one likes to gamble. I'm tired of it!

I've been looking for a bathing suit with mastectomy pockets already sown in. I thought I found one in the Leilani. I was disappointed to find that the pockets had only 1 - 1 1/2 openings. This is not large enough for insertion of prostheses.
The pictures below include the swimsuit and a mastectomy bra for comparison.
Tried to order my fave from other sites but they were always out of my size. Found at HerRoom and the whole process was so enjoyable!
