I have placed many orders with this company in the past. Recently I ordered a bra and when I opened the package sent to me, it contained an order of men's boxers. The packing list said it was an Amazon order that was supposed to be sent to a man in Ohio. Fully understanding that mistakes do happen, I called the company and explained the error. I never received an apology. They were more concerned with getting their product back than me getting the item I had bought and paid for. I received a free shipping label from the company but never heard when my bra would be shipped. After a week, I called them and was told until they saw activity on the free shipping label they had provided me, they would not send out my bra that had already been charged to my credit card. I promptly mailed the men's boxers back to the company and waited another week. I never received my bra. I never heard anything from Herroom. I finally called them again and was told my bra was not in stock anymore. It was a fashion item and had sold out and would not be sent out. Once again, I never received an apology. Had I not called, I never would have obtained credit for the item I never received. I used a $20 credit on the purchase of this item. I had to ask for that credit back too. What I received from them as my $20 credit was an email saying they had received the item back without tags and would give me a one time credit of $20. I understand sometimes customer service only has one option to apply a discount but I don't like that I ordered something, and due to no fault of my own, now have a strike against my account that I return things without tags, which was totally untrue. I used the $20 credit on something else and am waiting for the item to arrive, I hope it is the correct thing that I ordered, but I will never order another thing from them again. This was totally not my fault and I was treated rudely by the company, not as a valued customer. No effort was made to make things right and get me the order I had bought and paid for. They were more considered about a $20 package of men's boxers.

No bra sizing guide. Asking what bra is most comfortable and the size doesn't mean it fits or that it is comfortable. There was no option for uncomfortable and doesn't fit well. Now that I have my order I am less than happy that I paid the prices that I did for bras with thin plastic bra strap connectors that are supposed to hold up under normal wear for a large bust.

We also check sizing on every item we sell and give size adjusting recommendations when an item is running large or small. I am about to have breast reduction surgery, and was pleased to see you have post surgery bras, so I ordered one, and a few sports bras, guesstimating what size I will need. Looking forward to visiting your site again in the near future for some "normal" size bras!

I ordered 3 bras and 1 arrived with blue tacky stuff (looks like chewing gum, actually) inside the cup of the bra. I called and asked to return the item but did not want to have to pay for return shipping. Instead, after sending photos, I received a response that they would not be able to take back the item or refund me because they inspect every item. I am horrified that I am being accused of damaging the item when it arrived that way. This is completely unacceptable and I will never shop here again.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
