I received the items timely and was please with that. The sizes ordered were not correctpartially a miscalculation on my part that could have been easily avoided with better sizing charts. Admittedly, bras present a difficult online.
Hello Beth - Thank you for this feedback. We actually have the most extensive size charts on the internet. The items you selected run true to size. Perhaps in the past you have purchased bras with UK sizing and this is where the sizing error occurred. Again, we show this comparison on our size charts.

Ordered several items in late December. Heard nothing. Contacted mid-Jan to ask for a dispatch update. Was told some items were on backorder and they didn't have an ETA so didn't know when the order would ship - could have offered to ship the items that were in stock, and ship the back ordered items when they arrived, but didn't. I asked to substitute the out of stock items with ones that were in stock, but instead they cancelled the back ordered items altogether. Then charged me for an out of stock item that wasn't included in the package I received. It has taken ONE MONTH to get a refund, and I have sent approximately 30+ emails to customer service to try and get this resolved. Now they've refunded me the WRONG AMOUNT. Unsure how they are operating as a company to be honest. Buyer beware - horrible people to deal with. Have to hassle them about 5 times before you get a response days later saying "we haven't forgotten about you". So unprofessional. Would appreciate a response from the company.

The products are fine. Not always as advertised but I've been happy in the past. Where this company has lost me is their customer service. I am still trying to work on an order from 12/4/2019. Now, February 14th and they are refusing an exchange. They did kindly offer to donate the brand new bra. Or I can pay MORE to have them ship it back. With e-commerce being a main source of shopping these days customer service is key. This company is the perfect example of what is wrong with e-commerce.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
