Order purchased with 3 day shipping, a week later I have not received the package. After talking to their "Customer Service", they are not able to locate the package, refund / discount the order, or cancel the order. The best they would offer is information provided to me 9 days later on where the package is.
Stay away, not worth the hassle or money.

I purchased a bra recently. I tried it on an immediately realized that it did not fit at all. I took it of (I probably had it on for two seconds) and put it back in the box and returned it. Herroom refused to issue a return for the item because they claimed it had significant staining. I couldn't have had staining because I tried it on only once and it was on my person momentarily. I am a long time customer but I will never purchase from Herroom again. They are a rip off.
I ordered five items from this company. When they arrived, I quickly determined that I didn't like four of them, and the fifth item I wanted to exchange for a different size. Then a few weeks later, I got an email saying that there were stains on two items. My choice was to donate the items or pay another $10 a piece to have the items returned to me. These two items that had "stains" totaled $100.
I have ordered items online many, many times and have returned many items. Never have I been accused of staining anything. I think this is a game they play with their customers. If you order from this company, you also could be a victim of their game. Stay away from HerRoom.
Hello Cindy - We understand that it is distressing to have a returned item refused. The category of items we sell require high scrutiny before being returned to our inventory. Our returns department also has industrial fabric cleaning equipment. Two of your items required that we touch them up before putting them back into inventory. You received credit for these two items. One item had clear staining on the back and along the top that prevented it from being accepted for a return.

I think it was probably my own fault, but I wanted the tops with a real bra in the top not just a shelf bra. I probably didn't read the description as well as I should have. Will return and maybe get what I really wanted.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
