I purchased a bra and returned it because it did not fit. They stated it had deodorant stains so no refund. That is an old retail scam. Apparently they have done it to multiple customers. How are there stains if I havent put deodorant on because I have not been out very often due to covid. Scam

I was directed to your site from a family member. They raved about your Company. And even gave me one of your products as a gift. I was so happy with it that I purchased 7 more only to be disappointed on arrival. Upon looking at my order I was disappointed seeing that One of my "Exquisite Form Coloratura Flutter Sleeve Short Nightgown" had what appears to possibly be mud or ink dried on the material. The packaging was not damaged at all. I'm not sure how this happened but it certainly don't make a 1st good impression with the customer.

I was overwhelmed by the huge bra selections. I was hoping that the ones I ordered would be a perfect fit. I will need to exchange 2 that are too tight. The other 2 fit great and are super comfortable. I'm so excited to finally have comfortable bras.
I found so many bras that I liked but was a little unsure of the fit. A few I really liked didn't come in my size. It took quite a while to make my selections and hopefully they all fit well. I'm looking forward to trying out my purchases.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
