Ordered 2 bras that cost $100 total. Took forever to receive, and then the wrong size was shipped. Was on hold with their phone customer service for well over 45 min until zoey finally hung up. Who has time for this BS? Then I went on the chat option and chatted with Windy B who would not issue a return label despite Her Room shipping me incorrect sizes. Windy actually ended the chat when I said I did not understand WHY I would be expected to pay for postage and insurance to return YOUR mistake. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and would recommend to stay far away from this joke of a company.

When I did not receive my merchandise I contacted customer service and was told to file a theft report with USPS because the package was shown as delivered. I was also informed they would no longer help me with this issue. This business took no responsibility to guarantee delivery or offer a refund for items I have not received. I still have not gotten my purchase one week after "delivery". Absolutely no concern was shown for my satisfaction. They just took my money and dismissed me.

The bras I ordered took several months to even begin shipping. Had I not been too lazy to refund my order the first couple of months, I would've never gotten my order. I'm glad I didn't since I finally got a bra that fits me for the first time in EVER! But, I also ordered two bras and only got one since one was apparently no longer being made... Wish I had known that before ordering! Still, I am satisfied with the bra I have; it's now my go-to bra for anything.

I've shopped with HerRoom several times and am pleased with their service overall. The one issue I have is when any of the items in my order are backordered. When that happens, the whole shipment is held up until the backordered items can be included. So pay attention to whether items are backordered or available to ship immediately, and adjust your expectations accordingly.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
