Customer service needs help

Had two interactions with customer service that were both abrupt and disappointing, one via chat and one via email. Outcome for both was a letdown. Probably won't shop here again.

Hello Sue - We appreciate your feedback. Many women feel their true bra size fits tight when they have not been in a the correct size to begin with. To give breast support, the band must be tight enough to hold 90% of breast weight. Otherwise, your support will be compromised with a larger band size. I hope this answers your question.

Still waiting for my order

Support by the team of Herroom is always friendly and very useful. Furthermore I found that the time for the delivery of the goods has improved very much. Thank you for this. There is one little thing that needs to be fixed: the time for loading parts of the Website is sometimes painfully long. If this could be corrected it would be great. Please send this request to your IT Team.

I appreciate Your service and support as well as the product. The reason why I do not give five stars is the very long time it takes until I receive the products. Sometimes it takes more than month. In my view this is much too long. If I order something by amazon, I get it within 1 or 2 weeks. If You could improve in respect to the logistics, I wouldn't hesitate to give Herrom 5 stars.

I have regularly shopped this site for things for my wife for a few years. Within the last year they implemented a web site redesign that makes the filters not work well and regularly empties the shopping cart. I have largely switched to other sites unless I know exactly what to orderl.

Very poor customer service

I purchased a final sale pair of DKNY pajamas which were BIG - I simply asked to exchange for a Small which you still had in stock. No budging on "policy" and so I ordered a small as well. Now stuck with a medium and I will never shop with you again

I received a reply that my note would be sent to management for review etc. I have never heard anything again. Hard-to-find panties

I became aware of HerRoom several years ago when I found my favorite Olga panties were available on their site. I've been buying them from HerRoom ever since. In addition, I've purchased swimwear and bathrobes for me and my mom. Their items always arrive very nicely package and in a timely manner. Returns or exchanges are easy. The only negative experience is I had to wait almost a month for my (1) Fantasia bra to become available. Being that I waited almost a month, as a customer I would have expected some type of service to be given to me/customer for being inconvenienced outside of the normal delivery timeframe.
