This longline bra is Beautiful and well made, but it did not fit me. It seems to run small, as I ordered the same size I always wear but did not fit. I sent it back and reorderd a larger size. I am hoping it will fit because I really liked this item.

It's bad enough I had to pay for shipping, but then I also had to pay for the return even though it was not my fault they sent the wrong item. The invoice clearly said it was supposed to be a 36H. I am still waiting for the refund, even though FedEx says that the return item has been received. So, not a happy camper.
Hello Linda - You ordered a 36H size in a UK bra. That size is called a 36K in USA sizing. We work hard to notify you of this on our product page where we state "UK Sized" in 3 locations. I have ordered bras from HerRoom and always satisfied with the items that I ordered. They arrive timely.
I have been ordering for 6 or 7 years and never any issues with my bras. I wish, however, that I can get more than 2 styles in my size. I'm a 44K so it's only 2 or 3 choices in underwire that fit. I wish I can get 46L or 46M but bras with underwire are never available in those sizes.
Didn't have my size. Had to compromise. Took forever to arrive.

I had ordered from this company@ 4 years ago- I returned the bra. Don't fit right. They would not refund my $ as they said it has "deodorant " on it - I was pissed! If I wanted it back I'd have to pay $10 for them to return it. I did not order again until 2 weeks ago against my better judgement.
Wrong! I recieved 2 bras - one they shipped the wrong size - the other didn't fit right -I paid to return them both they did not refund me for one of them. I called and was told " deodorant" stains …. I tried it on in the evening - any deodorant would've been gone. Same tho g they told me last time. The customer service department doesn't care. If you don't k own if it's going to fit don't order it to try on. Chances are they won't refund you. It's a scam

Hello Stacy - Due to the nature of our category of products, we must keep our inventory pristine. Our returns department has many products we use when a product is returned. But it was noted on your garment there was excessive deodorant staining and animal hair throughout the garment that could not be returned to new condition dispite our efforts to clean your item. I was trying to find a less expensive version of the Prima Donna Deauville. I initiated a chat session and several recommendations came up for less expensive options. I ordered several styles and ended up with a very close version: Fitfully Yours Serena. ALL of the bras recommended fit, but the Serena was the closest to the Deauville.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
