It's a bit offputting when companies entice new buyers with discounts, but they disregard their current customers and don't offer them the samecourtesy.

My package was lost during the delivery process and even though I contacted Herbco they didn't do anything to help me find my package or really help me in any way. I lost my purchase completely.
No problems with shopping or delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the tea as received, which in my opinion was FAR to heavily roasted, making it equivalent to a strong Chinese black tea rather than delicate, i.e. Approaching an Oolong as other Darjeeling teas I have enjoyed.
I was going to double my order and then it doubled the shipping price. I thought it'd go up a little but not that much. I still love the quality of the products
I found the product of good quality. I wish there was a lower minimum order for free shipping for a consumer. $250 is a very large order especially when the prices are so good.

In the past, I have been thankful to find all the herbs that were prescribed by my midwife, both for teas and soaks, at the same location. Shipping can seem high; but when I compare the total price to any other vender, I find that Herbco is the best deal. Not only that, but their products are excellent.

With so many companies using other products as herbs, to make a buck...I love that I can trust this company to give me exactly what is advertised. I've been using herbs for 40 years and I am use to the different types of smells. Monterey Bay sells only fresh herbs!
I purchased about 25 lbs of herbs for supporting my OTTB stallion through a lengthy wound care process in November and received them in less than a week. Purchased 50 lbs more a couple weeks ago because I'm putting more of my horses on them due to the quality being THERE with them. I got both orders quickly and can hardly wait for my other horses to have the same kind of turn around that he did.
I've tried other herb companies, Monterey is the best, helpful, pricing is really great. I tell all my friends to go here!

This is my go to place. I love the selection. They usually have everything I need. Absolutely Great.
Comes on time good quality nice although some packages had a hole but ii didn't complain about it. Overall I like I want comfrey and more turmeric
The herbs are (CLEANER), much less stems and small sticks. Don't have to pick thru much to make my tobacco replacement smoke.
The herbal teas are great also because I buy those by the pound and share with my sister and friends. Everyone really liked the berry tea, and cranberry orange tea. Plus they all like the cold and flue tea also.
The prices are better than on Amazon. I had a Amazon cluster f#@; up on my order so this is how I found out about you guys. Used to get this stuff on an old farm that grew wild all over till it was sold and made into a subdivision...
