Ordering is easy. I like reading about the different herbs and teas. It tells you where they came from, how they can benefit your health and well being and the different ways you can use them with helpful hints. They also have pre-made combinations of teas that taste great!

I've gotten raspberry leaf and chicory from Herbco and both seem to be excellent quality. The raspberry leaves smell amazing and I love the chicory combined with coffee. There price are very affordable and they came promptly.

Sometimes an item is out of stock that I need, but in the past you have replaced it with the organic at no extra charge. Product always comes in a reasonable time, and of good quality. I trust ordering your herbs and have used this company for a very long time (when it was Ameriherb!). In our area bulk teas are not available and who knows how old tea bags are in the supermarket. We have purchased two kinds so far and both are excellent quality.

False claims on the website: we ship within 48 hours Order was placed on Wednesday before 6PM. On Tuesday next week my order status was still processing
When I called, Customer rep couldn't find my order. All of the time when she was investigating, she was interrupting me, extremely rude. I was told that they had computer program doing wrong things and it is my responsability to check my order and call to inform them that something is wrong.
I was told that maybe by Friday my order will be delivered. But rep and her supervisor refused to send me email with the results of our conversation. I was told that Friday was hypotetical day. After the order will be processed, packed and ship within may be 48 hours, I will be contacted to provide more information.
Customer rep and her supervisor ciontinued telling me that she has no time to resolve my issue, that I ask too much from them. And if I will continue asking for something that they do not want to do, they will never have time to process my order. Of course, this is my LAST time ordering from these absolutely unprofessional people. Was my mistake to go with them. Highly nor recommended!

Everything that I have ever ordered from this company over the years has been exactly what I was looking for; top quality, sealed in mylar bags for absolute freshness! I have never been disappointed with any of their products.

Monterey Bay Herb carries a great selection of herbs/plants, even items that are difficult to find elsewhere. The quality of the herbs is good. The only issue I have is that availability is not always great - there is at least one or two herbs needed each time that are out of stock, and this last time that I ordered there were three herbs that I needed that were unavailable. Other than this, I love the company and product.

Monterey Bay is a company I trust for all of my herbal needs. They have products from all over the world giving customers the choice of using organic or non-organic. The products are well packaged to keep them as fresh as possible until used.

Love shopping at Monteray bay Herb co when herbs is needed and astound I could buy a 100 pounds of a particular herb quite intimidating but well worth the Complacency when considering botanical.

My orders have always been accurate and shipped in a timely manner. The website is perfect and easy to navigate. I just think shipping is a little pricey but such is life. Have an excellent day!
