First, I received an email saying there was a delay in the dresses. I contacted them to cancel my order since the dresses would not be delivered in time for the event. They said no, already in progress.

Then after a couple of weeks when I finally received the order. I got the same dress in 2 sizes (1 of my usual size and 1 size up) as the website said easy returns. Neither dress fit- both we were too small.

Finally, I sent an email asking for a return. They responded to me saying they only take returns within 7 days of receiving items. Yes, I was over 7 days late, but geez thats a short time. Especially since you cannot ahip the order in a timely manner.
Prices are not great- got better deals at Dillards where I had to buy another dress due to their slow shipping. (Which they claim is quick- it is not!- took almost a month to get items)
Buy elsewhere and save your time, money, and frustration!

First they offer me to keep a dress that doesnt fit for 10% of my money back, I say no I want to return, then they say they will give me 30% of my money back and keep a dress that doesn't fit- I want all my money back, thanks. DO NOT recommend.

I ordered a few dresses for my daughters prom, much the same as a lot of people- the company DO NOT respond within 24 hours if you try to cancel: so according to them, despite the fact THEY haven't responded. You're not eligible for a refund: I've raised a dispute but the customer service is vile. Despite sending pictures as proof, the woman basically laughed at me.

After reading the good reviews on quality, etc. I bought my daughter's homecoming dress on this site for the first time. The dress based on their measurements was way too big. Packaged up with all tags and following the return instructions and set an email to customer service to request the return be approved. Someone then asked for a picture of the dress-so I sent it and now nothing...They use stall tactics to eat up the 14 days. I have disputed the purchase with Klarna and have filed a formal dispute with them. DO NOT ORDER if there is any chance you will need to return. Klarna said they are known for having a difficult process.

Loved everything about the dress. As previously mentioned, the dress is made better than a typical costume and has a nice stretch to make it so comfortable all night long. I normally wear a M, but wanted the loose, flapper fit so got a L and it worked perfectly. Would def recommend for a themed party or night out. Super fast shipping too!

Don't buy a dress here! I bought one, and the wrong dress arrived (same style, wrong color). The receipt has a pic of the dress we paid for. The website says they respond to emails within 24 hours….NOT true. They responded 5 days later.
