If I could give them zero stars I would. My daughters prom is 3 days from now, we ordered her dress from Hellymoon a month ago. We can't get any response from anyone there so we are going to have to run around and buy another one off the rack. No one answers when we call, day or night, their chat option doesn't work and they only answered emails with an automated message. NIGHTMARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I got worried after ordering, read the numerous negative reviews, and figured the site was a scam. Be aware that the same scam site operates under numerous other site/domain names...Same dresses, same scam. Of course the dress never arrived, but DHL shipping states it was delivered and signed for - It wasn't - The signature was a single letter and not even a legitimate signature. DHL offers a photo of the location of package dropoff which was somehow unavailable for my supposed delivery -- Clearly because it was never actually delivered to my home. DHL's automated response system is of no help since it was supposedly delivered & signed-for. Apparently this scam company has DHL involved in the scamming, too. I did some research and found that the bogus DHL signature/delivery has been happening for at least 3years. My only recourse has been to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Total hassle and waste of time. Do Not Be Tempted to Purchase!

This is the only way I can "cancel my orders"…this is absolutely the most ridiculous process I've ever went through with ANY company "ever"! I want any all orders to my account cancelled and closed! NEVER SHOP WHERE THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE AN actual legit phone number and a live person to talk too!

The dress was ordered in the beginning of march. It has only arrived today. Every time you reach out to the company, they reply with an automated message or don't reply AT ALL. My daughters prom was 5 DAYS AGO. We paid for expedited shipping as well. THIS IS A SCAM ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was blown away by the selection at this dress company. They have so many beautiful dresses to choose from, it was hard to decide which one to buy. I highly recommend them!

First, your item will be shipped from Hong Kong. However long you think it will take it will take longer. So if you're purchasing for a specific event, there is a good chance a dress won't arrive in time. Further, the company essentially will not accept returns, despite the statement that they offer easy returns. Read the small print re: returns and note that they may reject your return, basically within their discretion. It will not arrive with a return label or instructions; you have to email someone to get "permission" to make a return; you have to wait for them to reply, then they will then send you additional instructions and suggest their additional rules regarding your "right to return." Oh, and in my case they offered me a 10% discount to let me just keep the items- which is worthless when you have items that won't fit (as in my case). In one place the policy says you have 7 days to initiate a return, in another it says 14 days. Either way, they will give you the runaround in an effort to enable them to reject the return. Just save yourself the headache and don't bother.
