The dress came on time but did not fit. I sent 4 emails requesting a return (exactly as their website tells you to do) and never heard a response. They can continue to send out promo emails wanting you to order more, but can reply to 4 different emails from me. So I'm basically out of $100+

This company IS A SCAM! Takes your money and never sends the product! Dont waste your time & money! Customer service lies. Not helpful. Promised a delivery date & never arrived. FRAUDULENT COMPANY - Stay away!

Purchased 2 dresses and Hellymoon sent the wrong dresses. They have a 14 day return policy and to make a return, you have to send an email to request return instructions. Several (7) emails later and still no reply from Hellymoon - I went to DHL to ship back. The cost was more than $300 to send back to CHINA without their return label - not worth the cost of dresses - that are so ugly and nothing like the ones shown on website. They are cheap looking. I would NOT purchase anything from this site if you live in the United States. They are complete FRAUD! Save yourself the stress!

I ordered 3 dresses over 500.00 dollars and I only received one. All 3 had different tracking numbers and when I try to find the other 2 the tracking number doesn't even show up. The dress I did receive doesn't look anything like the picture

This website is absolutely horrible, being that it is 100% a scam. My homecoming is coming up very soon and i was very excited when i found a pretty dress on hellymoon. Take it from me, the junior in high school who simply wants to feel pretty at her dance. Do not order from here! I'm so extremely disappointed knowing that i've spent more than $100 on my dream dress which i'm never gonna receive. (i ordered about a month ago btw!) save yourself some money, enjoy your special occasion, and please only order from sights that are guaranteed reliable.

They are a scam. Just know if you buy it's final. The dresses don't fit to size & they DO NOT honor their return policy. Sent me a response asking me for picture of the dress and they would send me return information…. Crickets after that. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered a dress with the intentions that it would arrive on time. It showed 6-10 business days and here we are going on week THREE! No one emails you back as well! The worst customer service and the WORST place to purchase anything from.

After reading the good reviews on quality, etc. I bought my daughter's homecoming dress on this site for the first time. The dress based on their measurements was way too big. Packaged up with all tags and following the return instructions and set an email to customer service to request the return be approved. Someone then asked for a picture of the dress-so I sent it and now nothing...They use stall tactics to eat up the 14 days. I have disputed the purchase with Klarna and have filed a formal dispute with them. DO NOT ORDER if there is any chance you will need to return. Klarna said they are known for having a difficult process.

I ordered a dress and paid expedited shipping to get it in the week. 4 months later, still waiting on a refund! Terrible customer service. Save yourself and DO NOT order from the "website".

I ordered two prom dresses for my daughter, never received a confirmation or the dresses, however they still charged me the $175.00! They have not responded to my emails and there is no phone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
