My daughter fell in love with this dress at a local dress shop! It was a bit tight so we didn't buy it!
We tried to order, but it was not an Available anywhere! I then stumbled upon Hellymoon.com. After I ordered the dress I realized it technically was not the original brand of the dress she had tried on and I was nervous after reading the reviews!
Happy to say the dress came and it is better than the original! It fits gorgeously, looks amazing and is very nicely made!

This dress is simply magical! The bright colors and playful pattern make me feel so happy every time I wear it. The fit is perfect and the material is lightweight and breathable. I always receive compliments when I wear this dress and it never fails to put a smile on my face.

I'm Irelynd. I ordered a dress for my hoco Sep 16th, and I ordered it around late August. It did not arrive until September 18th despite the 6-10 day shipping. It really sucked to get information from the website as far as estimated arrival, etc. all responses from customer service ARE automated. Now, I have recieved the dress. Let. Me. Tell. You. It is STUNNING. I am in love with it! I paid around $128 with shipping and coupon code. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because it did not arrive on time and the zipper kinda sucks. The rest of the dress is great quality, but the zipper is kinda hard to pull up when it is on your body. Overall though, so incredibly happy with it. It is stunning and looks just like the pictures. A lot of people said they never received their dress and had issues dealing with returns. I didn't have to deal with any of that so overall my experience was pretty great. Although I deleted all emails and stuff, order number is in the subject and I added a pic of myself for reference. :)

We purchased two dresses on order WBHMUS*******, and paid for expedited shipping. One dress took several weeks to get. The material was not as expected, and neither dress looked like the photos. I requested a return and received a response several days later. They asked for a photo which I submitted and have been waiting 11 days for a response. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered clothes, jewelry and shoes AND paid for expedited shipping at $27 for 3-5 days and it's been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been processed. And I can't get ahold of anyone from customer service after emailing several times and attempting their live chat service that is never available.

I ordered one dress from this company. It specifically says Easy Returns. The dress did not fit my daughter well & the sequins were not flat. The whole dress had an odd "fluffy" feel to it so we requested a refund. They replied and said they needed pictures of the dress, pictures of the label and size. I quickly sent them all that information. I then get an email stating that they will give me 10% off and I can keep the dress. I stated no I would like a return. They then sent me an email saying they needed pictures of front and back of the dress, packaging it came in, packaging I'm sending to them and picture of shipping label. The address they gave me to ship back to was in China but my dress was shipped from Texas. A $137 dress is going to be $164 to ship back. They clearly knew this and who is going to pay shipping that costs more than the product? None of this is listed anywhere on their website. Total Bait & Switch company.

This website is absolutely horrible, being that it is 100% a scam. My homecoming is coming up very soon and i was very excited when i found a pretty dress on hellymoon. Take it from me, the junior in high school who simply wants to feel pretty at her dance. Do not order from here! I'm so extremely disappointed knowing that i've spent more than $100 on my dream dress which i'm never gonna receive. (i ordered about a month ago btw!) save yourself some money, enjoy your special occasion, and please only order from sights that are guaranteed reliable.

They are a scam. Just know if you buy it's final. The dresses don't fit to size & they DO NOT honor their return policy. Sent me a response asking me for picture of the dress and they would send me return information…. Crickets after that. NEVER AGAIN!

They do not respond to emails at all. They Suck!

Do NOT order from here. It is a complete scam. I ordered a dress, it took $178 out of my bank account, and it is no where to be found. There is no tracking information, when you try to contact they do not respond, and the dress never came. They don't answer any emails or phone calls. I have been waiting over a month now and still absolutely nothing. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE!

I ordered 2 dresses and they came quick. I needed to return both and the instructions on the website said I had 7 days to decide. It said to email them so I did and they have never responded so now I lost almost $300 in dresses that did not fit me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THEM.

We ordered a dress with the intentions that it would arrive on time. It showed 6-10 business days and here we are going on week THREE! No one emails you back as well! The worst customer service and the WORST place to purchase anything from.

Worst website you can deal with. Sizes are weird, no customer service they never reply back! Sent my dresses back after several times of trying to reach them and never got my refund! And they are not responding to my emails. So please be careful and don't deal with this scam website.
