I placed my order about 3-4 weeks back and I still have not received it. I paid for express shipping so I would get it in two days, and i am still waiting on hearing back from whoever handles their customer support. I have been emailing them for the last month, trying to find a solution to this, and they have barely given me 2 responses after sending them about 7-8 emails. I had to finally file a claim with UPS as the company was unresponsive in helping me find my package and UPS said they sent the details to the sender (the company.) I am assuming the company has received the refund/package details and they are still unresponsive! I spent over $170 on this company.very awful customer service, do not shop from here!
I returned a corset that didn't fit right. I went through the website and then dropped off at the postoffice. Never heard from the company. Tried DM'ing them on instagram, no answer. Emailed them at the email on the website, nothing! Submitted a message through the "contact us" portal, silence. Quite literally 100 dollars down the drain. AND, based on the tracking number through the post office, they received my return... TERRIBLE. Criminal, actually.
I ordered a dress in early November for my friend, after a couple weeks I emailed them to inquire about my order. They responded on the 15th to say the item has an estimated ship date of November 30th. Well on December I have emailed them 4 more times and gotten no response at all. At this point I feel like they have my money and I will receive nothing. This appears to be a complete scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
My past review says that the company tried to reach out to me regarding this issue. It also says that I didn't respond, which is a blatant lie. After I reached out to them, they told me they would not refund my money. I can't believe these scammers are still in business
I ordered a dress for my birthday (June 23) in April 2021 and it is mid-October and I have yet to receive anything! Based off the reviews, this is nothing new. I asked for a refund, the store offered "credit" which is fucking absurd. How are you going to take my $120, not provide the service, and then keep my money when I want it back for not providing the service? And I'm not even sure that the next time you'll provide the service for me. BS
I ordered a dress and needed to exchange the size. There was initially some misunderstanding and I was not receiving correspondence or the exchange gift certificate. I wrote a review here because I didn't think anyone was listening or responding. This has been resolved, and I would now say that Heiress has excellent customer service. They worked very hard to make things right. The dress was beautiful and I'm looking forward to trying again.
Unbelievably bad service. My emails go unanswered and then are finally answered by 'Beth.' 'Beth' has a polite demeanor, but NOTHING happens. I have not received credit for my return so I can apply it to an exchange (there is not an option for a refund). Cute junk.
I received the product a month later even though I paid extra for 2 day air shipping, I'm trying to return it and they want me to pay for the return label that's really unfair. First they send it to me super late and I don't need it anymore and now I have to pay more for the shipping? Now they don't even answered my emails, I'm just trying to solve this problem but they don't care about customers RUN away from this company!
BEWARE POOR QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon receiving the dress the quality appeared to be excellent as well as the packaging, I was at first quite impressed! The dress was heavily marketed on social media as "the dress" for one's 21st. The problem arose when my daughter attempted to wear it out for the first time at her 21st birthday celebration. The very first time she sat down the straps broke. We followed the size guide and she was, in fact, in the correct size. I am very disappointed as her celebration was marred by this experience. Instead of celebrating at the rooftop bar watching the sunset as planned, my daughter was in her hotel room desperately trying to salvage the dress and temporarily stitch the strap back on. This was in fact futile because the remaining straps proceeded to fall apart!. I included multiple pictures of the dress for customer service to review. The customer service response was … the tag was removed we cant accept return. They do not stand by their product, which they grossly market on social media as "high quality fabrics and construction, with a fit so good, that it feels custom made, just for you."
UPDATE I have resolved issue with Heiress Beverly Hills I appreciate their accountability and effort to rectify the situation. HBH agreed to leave initial review in an effort to be transparent. In the end they acknowledged the issue with the straps on the Diamanté dress and have made changes in the material in order to provide better quality and construction. Almost every business or product has at least a few flaws, I respect their transparency! It shows they are not trying to deceive customers and they are making an effort to provide the quality they intended! I would give them a chance as they showed a genuine effort Chalking this experience up as growing pains! I hope they continue to improve!
I'm only giving 4 stars because unfortunately, we could not receive our order in time due to unforeseen delays in the supply chain. Otherwise, their customer service via email was incredibly responsive and helpful. They responded to my questions within 24 hours, and often within the same hour I sent my concerns/questions. I also noticed that they are now updating the estimated shipping dates on their items, which is really helpful!
Let me start off positive by saying the dress material is lovely and feels expensive. The craftsmanship was poor, but after leaving a poor review, Heiress Beverly Hills offered a full refund back to the original payment method, so my experience wasn't great but wasn't bad either.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Last year I ordered a dress for my birthday (a month prior to my bday). I spent $110 plus tax and shipping. Did not come in time, so I had to go out and buy something else. Two weeks after my birthday it still hadn't arrived, so I sent in a request for a refund on my money. I made it clear in my message, that I don't want it anymore since my birthday had passed, and I would just like my money back. I got a response saying NOTHING about my money or getting a refund, just that my "order is currently in transit". They didn't even send a link for me to track it or anything. I wrote back that I just want my money. No response. Has been almost a year and I have not gotten a dress or a refund. I hate these people.
Awful quality clothing, the packaging is not what they described - in fact it came torn and covered in dirt
After accidentally ordering my college graduation dress to an incorrect shipping address, I reached out to Heiress Customer Service. They responded within less than a day and easily corrected my error on their end. This is a testemate to not only the quality of the product that this company produces but the quality of service that they offer. If you are looking for fabulous outfits and outstanding service, look no further than Heiress Beverly Hills! So impressed!
I know the founder and she's very tiny, I have a similar body shape and am also a size 00 so I thought if it fits her I would give the brand a try. I usually have a very hard time finding clothing that fits me properly, that doesn't need to be altered (which is why it says she created the brand). Needless to say, I am in love with what I received. It's hard to find a well fitting brand who also uses good material but I'm in love. I will definitely be ordering again!
I ordered my wife a few dresses and she says it's her new favorite brand! We both wanted to write a review. The clothes are incredible and the quality really is great, they aren't messing around! I heard they are going to keep increasing pricing so we bought a ton of stuff and my wife loves how everything fits her. Everything fits her like a glove and she usually has a hard time finding brands that fit her well.
The rebrand is CRAZY! The dresses and corsetry really sculpt and shape your body. It's like shapewear but as clothing. I never write reviews but felt I had to for heiress. I highly recommend them and will be a lifelong customer.
I bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas. She did not have an occasion to wear it until mid-February. She put the dress on, did not even have it on all the way, and straps broke away from the point at which they were sewn onto the dress. The zipper she had done up was pulling apart in multiple spots, although the dress was not tight. The quality of this garment is complete trash, especially in light of the price. And they will not take it back for exchange or refund after 14 days— despite the fact that she had no reason to try it on or put it on until she had an occasion to wear it. This company is GARBAGE.
Thank you Heiress for the perfect New Years Eve Dress! I got compliments on it all night and wanted to leave a great review. Truly one of my favorite pieces in my closet and i'll be buying another one before the rebrand to make sure I have it before everything goes out of stock.
I LOVE this brand. The dresses fit me amazing. I didn't even know a dress could fit me this well! Going to edit this review later and attach photos so you can see. This brand is amazing. Their clothes fit so well and I can't wait to shop again.
Heiress is that brand I can rely on time and time again for the perfect fit and last minute outfit. It's one of the few brands I can order from and just know it will fit me perfectly. Perfect to order last minute dresses from, I usually receive my order in 1-2 days. Really love this brand and am so glad a brand finally makes classy pieces that fit well.
Terrible business I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't give refunds and I ordered a dress for an event and it was supposed to ship out in November it did not ship out until halfway through December. So annoying and on top of that it doesn't fit I ordered an extra small and it was extremely large and not great material, It's ridiculous to only give store credit because I do not trust their sizing and obviously no longer want to pay almost $200 for their terrrible products and unprofessionalism.
