I really wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering from this Company. I had the same experience as everybody else here. I ordered the diamante dress for my birthday and was shipped a pair of the ugliest pants I have ever seen in my life instead. There is no phone number to contact anybody just an email which I never heard back on. I also messaged the owner on Instagram and the company on Instagram I did not receive a response to either of those messages either. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I'm hoping I'll get my money back.

First of all, they claim "luxury" and "quality" none of which this company is. My dress arrived late and I'm really crappy packaging. The craftsman ship of the dress is not great and on top of that they sent me the wrong size. Not only do they not accept returns, but they also charge a $25 dollar restock fee for store credit or exchange. A complete JOKE - highly recommend you do NOT order from them. Stick to an amazing site like Revolve instead.

Extremely pleased client here! I might make some changes to this review and include a photo in the future! The dress I purchased was absolutely fantastic, and it garnered countless compliments during my friend's bachelorette party. These items are undeniably attention-grabbing! The quality is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly it fit.

An amazing company with great customer service that responds quickly when needed, I order from them every drop (make sure you log on at 9 am otherwise their drops sell out SO fast!) I see why everyone loves them so much. The clothes fit perfectly and I always feel so great wearing them. Excited for their new drop on monday and can't wait to see what else they come out with. My only negative is I wish they came out with more styles for the winter! I know they are based in LA and MIami so I see why they may not.

Let me start off positive by saying the dress material is lovely and feels expensive. The craftsmanship was poor, but after leaving a poor review, Heiress Beverly Hills offered a full refund back to the original payment method, so my experience wasn't great but wasn't bad either.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this "company". Order placed on Jan 6 and my credit card was promptly charged. I then received an email that the shipment was created. And that is all that was done, printed out a shipping label. The tracking number says "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." It has not been updated since Jan 6. I have sent 4 emails via FB, their "customer service" on their website and emails with no response from anyone. My last email was to request a cancel of the order and refund of the payment, since it has not shipped yet. I have yet to hear back from them. Do not waste your time nor money with this company.

I ordered heiress for my girlfriend and it is my favorite dress that she has ever worn. It compliments her body beautifully and accentuates all of the right places. Their designers are no joke. I never leave reviews but I will be ordering her as much as she wants from this brand lol. They really are incredible!

I bought it about a month ago. I can rate the quality at 2/5, the corset is poorly made, it definitely does not justify the price of $70. The quality is like fforever21, but I paid about $ 120 including delivery and I'm disappointed. I do not advise buying there. I have a size s so I chose the size s according to their size grid and it is slightly big for me

After an initial misunderstanding that the company dealt with swiftly, the dresses arrived in good time, they are good quality and my daughter is delighted with them. Thank you

As an up and coming designer I looked up to this brand in terms of marketing and presentation. To read these reviews definitely made me double think of the dress I was going to purchase. It's one thing to have a few negative reviews but the fact that the ones that say "amazing" and then nothing matches to what others are saying, seems to me like it's purely fabricated. And people may not like the fabrics or not be informed on what is considered good fabric is one thing, but the lack of customer service that I see here truly inspires me to never treat my future customers in this manner. Glad I read this, before purchasing. I don't know why people rush into something just for gain. Hope you do better and connect with your customers more.

Was really looking forward to a beautiful dress for my formal. Ordered an extra small which is my normal size and it came in looking like something I would have put on an American Girl doll. Tried to return to get a different size since they don't give refunds and no one will contact me and I've tried everything. Very upset and disappointed. Save your money and your time.

My past review says that the company tried to reach out to me regarding this issue. It also says that I didn't respond, which is a blatant lie. After I reached out to them, they told me they would not refund my money. I can't believe these scammers are still in business

I ordered a size medium because according to their size chart that's the size I would fall under. Received the dress and it was so short it literally was a shirt, can see the front of my underwear, and I'm only 5'4. After trying to return it for a bigger size because store credit it the only option the company never got back to me making it impossible to make their deadline for returns. Worse website I've ever dealt with.

Very satisfied customer. I may edit this review and add a picture later! I loved my dress and received a plethora of compliments at my friends bachelorette party. These pieces are definitely head-turners! Great quality and surprised with how well it fits.

My only complaint is that I didn't read the button when I clicked "add to cart" it said "pre-order now" and I didn't read the estimated ship date below this, although it is pretty obvious lol! I read online that they are environmentally friendly and only produce their clothing in limited batches which is why they open up pre-order, to prevent over production. Most of the clothes are in stock and I will definitely pay attention to if it says pre-order now vs add to cart in the future. I can't complain because I love supporting small brands and when the clothing arrived, it was completely worth it. It fit so well and the craftmanship was amazing! Highly recommend!

I placed my order about 3-4 weeks back and I still have not received it. I paid for express shipping so I would get it in two days, and i am still waiting on hearing back from whoever handles their customer support. I have been emailing them for the last month, trying to find a solution to this, and they have barely given me 2 responses after sending them about 7-8 emails. I had to finally file a claim with UPS as the company was unresponsive in helping me find my package and UPS said they sent the details to the sender (the company.) I am assuming the company has received the refund/package details and they are still unresponsive! I spent over $170 on this company.very awful customer service, do not shop from here!

I bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas. She did not have an occasion to wear it until mid-February. She put the dress on, did not even have it on all the way, and straps broke away from the point at which they were sewn onto the dress. The zipper she had done up was pulling apart in multiple spots, although the dress was not tight. The quality of this garment is complete trash, especially in light of the price. And they will not take it back for exchange or refund after 14 days— despite the fact that she had no reason to try it on or put it on until she had an occasion to wear it. This company is GARBAGE.

Ladies, I never leave reviews but as a designer I need to. The fabrics that Heiress selects are luxurious fabrics that feel good on the skin and are good for the environment. I can tell that a lot of development and planning goes into the brand and their fabric selections. Their sizing is incredible and really is made to fit real bodies and not just models. I wish more brands used this size chart they are known for. The clothing fits my body perfectly and makes me feel so confident. More brands should take note of what they're doing.

It all started when I was double charged for a dress. I tried to get my money back but they said I could only use store credit. Annoyed, I bought another dress. After a month of waiting for the fesses to arrive, only one comes in the mail. It was cute, but broke within an hour of wearing it. About another month later the other dress came in, and the zipper broke the first time I tried it on. Not to mention that the materials were so cheaply made. Considering how much I paid for these dresses, they were absolute trash. If I was able to get my money back this review would be very different.
