My past review says that the company tried to reach out to me regarding this issue. It also says that I didn't respond, which is a blatant lie. After I reached out to them, they told me they would not refund my money. I can't believe these scammers are still in business

I ordered a dress for my birthday (June 23) in April 2021 and it is mid-October and I have yet to receive anything! Based off the reviews, this is nothing new. I asked for a refund, the store offered "credit" which is $#*!ing absurd. How are you going to take my $120, not provide the service, and then keep my money when I want it back for not providing the service? And I'm not even sure that the next time you'll provide the service for me. BS
