I pre-ordered a dress on December 3 said it would be shipped December 10 contacted the company on December 11. Received an email the next day stating that the item was completely sold out and that they would give me a store credit. I do not want a store credit because that is the only dress that I wanted from them And it was to wear to a Christmas party that I will not have in time. They emailed me back to tell me that is their policy, which is complete BS. Yes that's a policy if you buy something and want to return it but if you pre-order something and then they don't send it. That is not a policy so do not do it bad business.!

I paid extra for express delivery and it was delivered a week after the expected date. This is how the dress is like when I opened the package. Seems like they just squished the dress in the package without folding it… also the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Do not buy from this clothing line

Horrible customer seevice, horrible shipping. Paid 200$ for a bolero that i never recieved I am getting the run a round from the company with nothing but future ship dates. Site is a complete scam. Store credit will not be acceptable here. I want a full refund from this bogus company.

I bought the slip corset dress & it is absolutely not as described. Waiting on customer service to get back to me but I doubt they will based on other reviews. I am completely appalled that this company gets away with displaying one thing & sending a piece of crap in the mail.

I was so excited to receive my dress for my bachelorette party and come to find out the dress fits terribly. The corset top is loose and the skirt part is so tight due to what seems like a stitching error. I followed the size chart but it's just very poorly made. It took me over a month to receive this dress. They don't accept returns just store credit. I don't want to deal with receiving another poorly made dress so I guess I'll just eat the cost. Waste of $100

I ordered a dress and needed to exchange the size. There was initially some misunderstanding and I was not receiving correspondence or the exchange gift certificate. I wrote a review here because I didn't think anyone was listening or responding. This has been resolved, and I would now say that Heiress has excellent customer service. They worked very hard to make things right. The dress was beautiful and I'm looking forward to trying again.

I really wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering from this Company. I had the same experience as everybody else here. I ordered the diamante dress for my birthday and was shipped a pair of the ugliest pants I have ever seen in my life instead. There is no phone number to contact anybody just an email which I never heard back on. I also messaged the owner on Instagram and the company on Instagram I did not receive a response to either of those messages either. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I'm hoping I'll get my money back.

First of all, they claim "luxury" and "quality" none of which this company is. My dress arrived late and I'm really crappy packaging. The craftsman ship of the dress is not great and on top of that they sent me the wrong size. Not only do they not accept returns, but they also charge a $25 dollar restock fee for store credit or exchange. A complete JOKE - highly recommend you do NOT order from them. Stick to an amazing site like Revolve instead.
