How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Heiress Beverly Hills?

We offer customer service via customerservice@heiressbeverlyhills.com during business hours M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST. It should always take within 72 business hours to hear back :)

Extremely difficult - they rarely answer emails. At the point I'm at with my complaint it's as though they deliberately ignore customers.

Non-existent customer service. Take months to answer, then blackmails any customers that leave negative reviews by threatening to not give their money back if they don't remove review.
