My dress specifically is late, and when requesting an explanation -I´ve sent more than 5 emails over several days, but only received two answers-, all I got were emails with "do not worry, the dress will be there on time". The dress will now not be here on time for my wedding and I have had to buy a second dress. They do not give a possibility for a refund either, which means I flushed 250 quids down the toilet. I am posting this on Youtube and all social media I can think of. I am extremely unhappy with the service and do not recommend Hebeos to anyone.
Quite good and easy process :) I paid with paypal 3 and managed to spread the payment out to three months which is also quite good. Looking forward to receiving my dress :)
We found this website on Facebook. My daughter had explained to me earlier in the day what she wanted her prom dress to look like. When I saw Hebeos on Facebook I immediately saw the dress she was wanting. I felt so relieved knowing that I wasn't going to have to go shopping for a dress. We ordered it that night and the price for the dress was very cheap compared to ones I saw that morning in a store.

My response was" The whole thing is you have to order to try on to see if you like dress on. I didn't like the way it looked on me so I want to return it. Why do you need pictures…the dress is beautiful just not on me!" Just got the following from Heboes" I am so sorry we don't allow free return in this case, each of our dress is made on demand, return dresses is useless for us.
We will refund 5% dress price to you if you keep the dress, please consider our proposal, thanks."

I bought another dress from AZAZIE and I returned it with a 5% restock fee with ZERO ISSUES!
Every time I have tried to return any dresses I have purchased and that has been 4 I cannot get any return information.
They do not stand behind there word. They dress is to tight and has a terrible order. I ask for a return label and refund and they are not sending one as of yet. They offered 10 percent off to have it altered not possible and the cleaners can't guarantee to get the order out.
Time was important for me and they didnt disappoint me. I also changed my mind a lot about the color I chose and they were patient and were able to give me what I wanted in the end

I tried to cancel this as soon as I hit submit and realized there was nowhere to enter my measurements as stated on the website. It was days before I heard from customer service that my item had shipped which I knew wouldn't fit. I tried to cancel again in communication and just not accept the package. Again, I didn't hear.
I am now selling the dress on marketplace because it doesn't fit and is very uncomfortable.

This company is a ripoff. They will not provide a return address to return the cheaply made dress and instead offered me $17 and the ability to donate the dress. Unacceptable!
