I ordered my dress on the 7th of April and it came to me the 23rd and it was perfect. It was designed beautifully and was made with high quality fabric. Especially for the price I paid the only problem I had was it was a little tight but that my was my fault I suggest ordering a size up. I will defiantly order from here again! Love love love it!
Paid £125 for prom dress, arrived in 3 weeks. Shocking quality with plastic sporadic silver sequins on the see through bodice. Picture showed cream encrusted bodice. Nothing like the picture OR review pictures. Unfit for purpose cannot wear it. Now on the hunt for another prom dress
Dresses made with cheap material. They will not accept returns, even if all demands are met. Dress was too small and unable to alter. Refused to return and refused to return money to a minor. Will never use this company again.

I ordered my prom dress from your website and was soo amazed with the wonderful fabric quality and fine work in the design! Alterations were needed as the train was extremely long, but I couldnt have been happier with my senior prom dress! Thank you!
Absolutely loved my dress. Had to get alterations done by closing the bust up and shortening the strap around my neck. Also had to have pleats put in and the first shirt layer tightened. Love it though.
Really such a beautiful dress! The train is beautiful but be aware if you get the full length like I did, people are going to step on it. I thought it needed to be altered a bit in the waist/hips to be a little more form fitting, but I didn't have time to so I wore it as is.

The dress looks just like it does in the picture. I ordered the dress for my granddaughter and she was happy. The dress was a little long but nothing that couldn't be fixed. If you are planning to order it is true to size.
Ordered a prom dress for our daughter using her measurements. When it arrived it was nowhere close to the right size and the sewing was terrible. Frayed hems, holes in seams, tears at the wrist. Our daughter is 5'6'' and 145 lbs. I am 6'1'' and 270 lbs. I put the dress on and it fit me. Looked bad even with my beard. We have ordered several custom dresses online and never had a problem until now. Hebeos is a scam and a joke. We have been fighting with them by email for a month. Their suggestion was to pay a local tailer to fix it, then offered 10% of the price as an incentive. The dress is of such poor quality it is unfit to be worn anywhere. Now they are up to 25% and say that is the best they can do. Complete insult, and the worst customer service I have ever seen.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! My daughter ordered a dress for her senior prom one month before her prom. She received 2-3 generic emails stating her dress was still being tailored. There is no phone number to call. The week of prom I emailed the site myself, didn't get a reply, took to PayPal to request a refund. Miraculously we got a shipping email that day. The dress arrived 4 days after prom and one month after it was ordered. We had to purchase another dress because my daughter needed it. I have emailed the site numerous times about a refund. Got a generic email they would refund shipping? I've sent numerous emails regarding the return and they have yet to answer. The dress is generic, the fabric cheap, and looks very different from the picture. This was a prom nightmare, we lost time and money! They lost a very good customer, we will NEVER order from this site again!
Even with the fake positive reviews on here, 1 in 3 reviews are extremely negative. Really take the time to read the angry negative reviews.
We received the dress a week after the event we had purchased it for. Poor quality stitching and beads falling off it. My wife emailed asking about refunds and we have not received a response. My expectations on resolution from this company are extremely low so I am sure we will have to remedy this through our credit card company.

Notice how many negative reviews that people have posted just this month. If you read the positive reviews you will also notice bad sentence structure and errors (Fake positive reviews). One of the newest ones tries to set low expectations concerning arrival times which happens to be a major complaint of most of the negative reviews. (Willow F. "When i ordered my dress i had very low hopes! And i ordered my dress a month and a half before my prom because i figured it would be about a month for them to tailor and ship it")
As noted in my previous review, many of the "customer pictures" posted with reviews on this site are also customer testimonials on other dress websites under different names. That is a huge red flag!
My daughters dress was to arrive on or before April 16th. We received assurances via email and chat on three separate occasions between April 1st and April 13th that it would absolutely arrive on time. The event was last weekend and as of April 23rd we have still not received the dress.
Based on our experience I can only conclude that this company has established an incredibly restrictive return policy that protects them and they have no intentions of sincerely fulfilling the orders to ensure customer satisfaction. We have yet to see a dress so we cannot review the quality of the product.
Ordered the dress on March 31st for delivery by April 16th. Prior to ordering, my wife and daughter asked on their online chat if delivery time would be an issue. Of course the response was "no problem". After one week we followed up again and was again told that it would arrive by April 16th. We followed up again the week prior to arrival and was assured a third time that it would arrive by April 16th. April 16th arrived with no dress. Sent an email as the online chat no longer has live support. Received a response April 17 12:29am from service@hebeos.com "It is not shipped out yet, when is your Event date?"
Extremely disappointing that they charge extra for expedited shipping and then have absolutely unreal return policies to protect themselves. Buyer beware and in hindsight we should have viewed the incredibly restrictive return policies as a sign of how they do business.
Edited Review: Please notice that 50% of the total negative reviews have been in the month of April 2018. 69 One star reviews in 17 days with a total of 139 One star reviews logged on this site. It would appear they are declining rapidly.

Very happy we chose to order from your website. I was very skeptical because I have heard horror stories about ordering dresses online! Not only is the dress beautiful and better than anything we have seen locally
I absolutely love this dress it fits to a T! Im 58 and it was still long enough for me to have a dramatic affect! I highly recommend this dress!
The dress was very high quality material and very pretty. I ordered it in light blue and it look very nice I was happy with the material and colour. Alothough it did, even with putting in coustom sizes, it still came a little too big and didnt look right in some places. It came in around 2 weeks from ordering time which is pretty fast. Im very happy with the dress and recommend getting it.
I just received the dress, I ordered it custom sized and the same color as the photo of the ad. It is stunning and fits like a glove. There is a layer on top of tulle ivory with the appliqués and two layers of peachy toned tulle underneath and the effect of the two colors together is very delicate and beautiful. The satin underskirt is of a very good quality material as well and nothing itches as I feared it would. Overall very pleased with the purchase.
I have used the dress for my engagement shoot. It was beautiful in photos and in person! Fitting was true to size.
