I bought this dress two sides to big but once I got out tailored it was beautiful. Felt like a princess. Well order from then for other occasions.
Make sure to order soon because it might take 3 weeks to get to you but overall really great quality I wore this a prom dress and it looked great but too big in bust just get your measurements correct
I really like your dress. I wear that for my prom tank you so much for make me so pretty at my prom.
I purchased a prom dresses for my daughter, firstly it looked very heavy and bulky, nothing like the dress shown in the pictures.
It ls 3 different colours and way to long, the bust was to big, and the straps are thin and very flimsy
My daughter refused to even try it on.
Eventually she submitted and put it on.
She broke down in tears.
I emailed hebeso minutes after receiving the dress. I told them my daughter didn't like it and didn't suit her I was being polite. I felt awful telling them the real reason.
But polite they are not. As far as I can see they just rip you off.
They sent me back this email.
Thank you for your pictures. Sorry to see that the dress does not fit you well. But it was made exactly according to the measurements you offered. Would you please find a local tailor to do some alterations to make it fit better? We would like to refund 20% dress price as extra discount for you. Your understanding would be much appreciated.

The dress wasn't cheap and I couldn't afford to buy my daughter another one. We ended up having to borrowing a friend's dress.
I just want my money back. And I am at the moment in touch with a solicitor. I will not let this go until I have a full refund. And I am prepared to go to court and fight this awful company.
Please, please, please do not buy from them. There have been many more disappointed customers then satisfied ones.
Dresses arrived very quickly and at a quick glance the dresses looked great. Very heavy with a couple of layers of material and seemed to be well made. However, as soon as my bridesmaids tried them on the issues arose.
The dresses are burgundy however the lace back was a different shade but more importantly the satin layer underneath is red - so when you take a picture of the dress it looks two toned. The zips are really poor and would not close correctly. I have been onto the company and sent them pictures. I was offered 20% refund, then 40% and eventually 50%. However, these dresses can never be worn and the cost of alterations will far exceed the value of the dresses. I would never buy from this company again.

This dress is beautiful with high quality fabric. This dress does not have stretch so I would recommend you either submitting your measurements or order a size up.

I tried on a mother of the bride dress and it did not fit. I tried to return it but they said they don't do returns in an email because there is no phone number. Actually, Roger said I should take a picture of myself to prove it. This is outrageous and not customer friendly. Please return my money and you can have the dress back. I need to pay for a wedding.

The dress in the pictures displayed is not the dress they will send. Then entire website is fraudulent. And they refuse to accept returns or refund your money.
I was VERY scared my dress wouldn't arrive on time but they answered every email i sent them, on top of sending me updates. I can't thank you guys enough because i felt so BEAUTIFUL, I would recommend ordering in advance so you give yourself time to try it on but, mine fit perfectly and i am forever grateful for a beautiful dress under $250. You can't beat that!
I loved the color and it looked just like the picture. I had it custom made but it still needed some alterations. I was very happy with it and I loved the back too!
I really loved this dress and it was so worth the price! I was really picky when looking for prom dresses but I came across this one and I knew it was the one. I was skeptical about buying online with sizing and whatnot but it was ok. Im gonna be honest, it was really big when it arrived. The dress was very poofy so we got rid of this net layer and we had to hem it, it was very long and boxy around my chest and waist. It fit better after we altered it. I think they made my measurements larger than it was. So when measuring just be true to your size and dont worry about it being too small. But otherwise, such a beautiful dress and I got compliments all day and night :)
I bought a dress and It was much longer than in the photo. I requested for a return and they did not Accept It at all. The color was Also much more clear and they just cleaned their hands. I do not recommend they at all. This is a fraud.

Couldn't have asked for a better dress to celebrate my man's success in winning Man of the Year 2018 for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraiser.
I absolutely love this dress, I was a little bit worried about it coming on time but it came four days before my prom. The dress fits perfectly, it was everything I hoped it would be I am beyond pleased with my dress. I highly recommend ordering from the website, this dress has exceeded my expectations.
