Dress was to small definitely not US sizing. I was professional sized and ask asked for a US 14 dress was way to small in the hip area couldn't zip. No refund or exchange haven't even heard back from anyone this site is trash when coming to customer service
I bought this bridesmaid dress with high expectations, and it came with the zipper not functioning and the belt coming off the dress. I contacted the company asking for an exchange so I could get an undamaged dress, and they told me it would cost 30% stocking charge, the original dress shipping cost + return cost of the dress would not be refunded and I would have to reorder a new dress and pay another set of shipping fees. Never have I encountered a company that sends damaged products and doesn't exchange the item free of charge. I let the company know that and then I was told I could get a mere 10% refund for all the trouble and to find a local tailor to fix the damaged dress.
Would absolutely not recommend buying from this company. Also this company takes down any negative posts as my previous review did not get posted!

They sent me my dress late and made poorly. I reached out for a refund and was advised that I will need to have a local seamstress fix their mistake. I should not have to pay extra to have someone fix their problem. I sent an email stating the same thing and of course no one has gotten back in touch with me. Very poor customer service

IF YOU DON'T ALLOW RETURNS, THEN SAY SO IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I WOULD NOT PURCHASE HERE. I WILL KEEP TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS UNFAIR FOR ME TO KEEP SOMETHING THAT I CANNOT WEAR.

This is one of the worst sites I have ever communicated with. I bought some shoes for $80 and the size was completely off. You have to email to even request a return form. Ridiculous. But I emailed 3 times before they even responded and then said that I should try to sell them locally and they would only give me 10% refund but I would also have to pay for shipping back. Worst site ever and I will not give them anymore money.

The bridesmaid dress was not the quality I thought it would be, and the material turned out to be too heavy for my outside wedding. To me it looked as if a dress that had the word "silk" in the description, would be a lot lighter of a dress. I tried to contact the company the same day I received it in my home, because of their 14 day return policy, but never received a return e-mail or a label for the dress to go back, very dissatisfied. I did order my flower girl dresses which were exactly what I wanted and very happy about the material.
