Overall experience was great! I was hesitant about ordering but the price was too good, so I thought I would try & I'm very pleased.

Do not buy from this site! No customer phone line, this should be warning to customers. My personal experience, they sent out a similar but not identical bridesmaid dress. I emailed after the 14 day and they refuse to remedy the situation. Honestly my dress feels and looks like it was made by untrained factory workers (probably children or prisoners) not trained professionals. So you're going to get what you get and thats it. Very sad for an important day.

Do not buy your dress from this site. I threw my money away. I ended up going to Davids Bridal. It's not worth it. They are a scam. PayPal will not protect you. I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau against paypal

A £157 prom dress for my daughter did not fit around the neck despite that measurement not being included as one of the measurements required. Trying to get a refund, since there was no time until the prom to have it returned adjusted and sent back, has been appalling to the point where they are saying they will deduct 30% and I will have to pay all return postage costs. I paid the whole amount by credit card & even though 'Pay Pal' appears in the invoice supplied by these crooks, it is on my credit card statement to Hebeos. On that basis I am applying for a full refund from my credit card company under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which means in the event of a problem with the purchase and if it is for £100.00 or more, not paid for via a third party (like Pay Pay or World Pay etc) and is not covered by a full refund warranty, and some or all of it as paid by credit card then the credit card company assumes the debt and refunds their cardholder

I was skeptical ordering at first since I didn't personally know anyone that used this site. I took a screenshot of the order number and expected a confirmation email. When I didn't receive one, I contacted customer service and received a response the very next day. I received the dress quicker thank expected and it was exactly as described

I ordered a dress from them when I received it the material was cheap looked similar to aluminum foil, train of the dress was shorter and the breast shape of the dress in the picture did not match the picture I tried to return it and they offered me 30% of my refund and suggested that I sell it myself. Thank God I paid through PayPal who helped me dispute my case and got me my refund back without the shipping cost but for the cost of that imitation dress.

It's a little bit too small, how can I return it, I been trying to send it back but no one else said anything

The day dress came in I opened the package only to realize it was a two piece skirt and top. This was not something I was looking for. I immediately contacted customer service. They will not fully refund me my money and state that they are made for each customer. This dress was not a custom order and I highly recommend not ordering from this company.

Need the next size dress available if possible. Would like to change to a different size and style.

I ordered it in White but changed my mind pretty quickly as I loved the color in the pictures and emailed you and I was told they could change it for me. It was delivered and it was White. I was so bummed.

Ordered standard size 12. Usually wear a 10. Would not zip up all the way. I requested to return for refund. They refused. Said I would have to pay to send back to China. They said they cant re-sell.
Only Refunded me 25% and I'm stuck with a dress I cant wear.

The dresses to do not for properly for plus size body types. Also their return policy is false advertisement! When you contact them they make it impossible to return and I was told they would send a small percentage and asked me to sell the dress locally! This is not apart of the return policy!
