Why do these dogs get away with this shut them down they should not be in business at all they need to be accountable for all this money they take off people
I ordered a dog bed from them on July 14,2019 and have not received anything from them... can not even track order as there site does not even come up! Huge Scam!

Daughter. I ordered this in April I sent an email and have received zero response and I've been trying their site which no longer exists
So frustrating
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This "company" is a complete scam. They will just take your money and you will never see what you ordered. AND they will not communicate with you after the first email telling you there was a delay and you will be getting your tracking number shortly.
I placed an order on February 2nd. It's now May 19th! Still no order or refund! I guess I'm lucky, only lost $10! Every email they reply to is always the same! Forwarding to the proper department!
I ordered back on June and never received any products that I ordered. I emailed them and got no response. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

You changed store names you were called Spirit Fashions now when I try to reach that site it comes up Heavenfashion. Then you deny my order. Totally FRAUD!
I ordered the bed, and until now i never received it. I emailed many times them, they never emailed me back.
Paid $38.92 for shipping and the 4 items were free. Never received the items and they wont refund the shipping for products never shipped. BBB here I come

I ordered what was supposed to be a free pet bed and I just had to pay $9.95 shipping charge. I ordered this bed on September 21,2019. It is now November 12,2019 and I do not have my money or the pet bed. I wrote to this so called company four different times the first time they ignored me so I wrote again to which they answered they had to check with a certain department as to why I didn't receive my item. They said they would get back to me in a few days and rest assured I will get my item. That was on October 18,2019. I wrote again on October 25,2019 and got the same answer that they had to check with a certain department in shipping and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I wrote them again today November 12,2019, threatening to go to the authorities if I do not receive my money back or my pet bed. I am now waiting to see if I get any justice. I do plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and if I have to I'll see my lawyer. I'm so tired of these crooks ripping old people off just because we don't know the difference between a scam or a legitimate business. I must say I did get pretty nasty with them on this last letter and even called them scammers. To save anyone else any grief as I have gone through I beg you Do NOT ORDER from this company they are SCAMMERS!

I ordered a case in October. It's the end of May & still haven't received anything! I've emailed them & everything. 10$ down the drain! If I could give ZERO stars I would. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY
