When something shows up on your facebook feed that seems too good to be true, it most likely is. This is the case with Spirit Fashion "Store" (I put "store" in quotes because a store is supposed to exchange goods for money. They do not). I have sent no less than 5 emails (the only way of reaching this "company", as far as I could find no phone number for "customer service") and have only been responded to once. I tried to take advantage of one of those sales with the 5 minute count-down at the top of the screen (fake), and get a "free" item, just pay shipping. As I was checking out, the shipping was $10. Okay, it's a glass water bottle that retails for $60. That's fair. Then the option to add a second, small item (a bracelet) for free to my cart prompted, and of course, I added it. Free stuff, right? I figured the shipping would be AT MOST $5 more. No. It added $10! BUT, somehow it charged me without telling me the total first. When I saw that the charge had gone through for almost $20, I imediately emailed, asking for the bracelet to be taken off my order and for a refund of that extra $10. I got a response saying the refund would be processed "for the unwanted item", and they would send me shipping information as soon as it shipped. Well that was Feb 20. It is now March 20 and no refund, no shipping email, no responses to my 3 other concerned emails, asking for a status update. This is not a real company, I should have done my research first. I'm glad you're doing yours (hopeful before clicking "buy").
Was advertised online so I purchased a ring in February. Haven't received a reply since nor a product. Seems to be a common result. Very disappointed, but wanted to let other know too.

I had ordered four items OVER 5 MONTHS AGO, for my daughters birthday. They say on their site that you should have your order within 17-35 days. Also, after confirmation of Your order has been purchased you will receive a text message of your tracking #, which will help you keep track of your orders progress. I NEVER received any text or tracking number, even after repeated emails(thats the ONLY WAY to contact the store on the site) to be exact I've sent over 65 emails to them, asking why haven't I received any texts or emails about my tracking, then sent emails after dates said on site should be delivered by. After months of the same robotic email responses giving me the same excuse but no real answers, i finally said enough is enough. I want a refund. Now, like i said its over 5 months later, no refund, they keep saying they don't have a supplier. Well why would you take my hard earned money, charge me over the amount total to begin with, not do as said you would, no customer service, no answers, now no refund. I feel its a scam to get your money! Do Not Waste your Time, Energy or hard earned Money! Thank you.
I've emailed them at least 20x they said they are having problems and will get to me as soon as they can. It's been 3 months total bull$#*! deserves 0 stars
I ordered a pink faux fur dog bed and never received it! I ordered on 5/11/19 it is now 8/9/19 this company is a total scam and a rip off! Dont waste your time or your money!
I have never received my order and that was in April. I have contacted them many times to no avail. I should have know that this deal was a little TOO good... for them!

Ordered per stairs on May 7,2019. Inquired as to where they were on 5/28. Told backordered. Have wrote two other times and have never received a reply or my stairs!

I placed 2 orders in Jan now the 17th of may and they keep saying orders delay over and over! Would change review if I ever even receive these produts
I would give a zero if I could these scammers took my money and I didn't receive anything ordered early April they won't answer email and have no phone number to call
I have had a reply stating my order is in a queue and will be shipped soon, my response is "my Banks Fraud Officers are watching this place and if no order is sent they will act accordingly so be warned, they have IP address and location"

I ordered back on Feb 10th. A onesie and a bracelet, i am now $20 short because this fake company takes everybody's money and when you click the "visit store" button it takes you to a totally different site and they know nothing of this! DONT FALL FOR IT!
I would give a -10 if possible. I order something thru a Facebook ad and to date (2 months) have not received it or will they respond to the 15 e-mails I have sent to them. I keep getting a message they are having trouble with the supplier but it is weird if you go on the site the item is still there and a couple customer review says they received theirs in a couple of days and were happy, WHAT A LOAD OF BULL____. I am about to turn them into the BBB not that it will get my money back but just maybe it will make me feel better. Now they keep e-mailing me 15% offers and etc. I WOULD NOT order from them if they were the last company on earth.
Was known as PARADISE fashions now known as HEAVEN FASHION STORE. I ordered from Paradise and paid for postage. They advertised on face book as 'free'. I never received the item I ordered. These people are a SCAM.
