Purchased shoes never got email or phone call now when I click the link to view the store it has changed it's now called limitless so buyer beware a scam
Never received 3 cat beds. Ordered June, 2019. Here it is Oct. I will never order from Facebook again when it says free. Shipping only. What a hoax. BEWARE all.
I ordered and paid for a portable translator 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived and no responses to emails. Facebook should not allow fraudulent companies to advertise on their website.

Ordered in early May and still nothing don't order from them. Lesson learned won't order from ads on Facebook again. Didn't even want to give a 1 star rating
They took the money and said that there is a delay due to high sales. I don't believe them, no one should trust them because its been months since i heard anything from them.
I ordered portable pet stairs a month ago. They took my money no product. Sent emails after emails no response. Calling my credit card company tomorrow. Please don't order anything from these people.
They took my money didn't send my product and i have emailed customer spirit so many times for a refund and they keep saying we will email you ha ha never do. This business are nothing but frauds.
I am TRULY embarrassed by this, as I'm usually a more savvy online shopper, but it was late, & I had done things like this before & received my product, so I ordered the supposed "free" pet bed as well. I figured it was free, just paying shipping. Well, I ordered back in early September, have been messaging them now months, with no dog bed and almost no responses. I sent multiple emails & they responded to TWO. The last one was November 11th & this is December 7th. They were gong to forward it to the "appropriate department" & look into it. I knew a month ago this was a scam, but hoped otherwise. Always listen to that inner voice! (Mine screamed "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE", but since I had done similar offers before & got the items, I figured it was ok, that this was a promotion to get people on their site to shop. (Often done as a way to draw traffic/customers) But That inner voice was right! I've seen this ad in SEVERAL games I play, (apps) & we ALL need to contact them so they stop running these ads to draw in more people. And report them ANYWHERE YOU CAN! Post on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
To all of you who were also scammed, PLEASE report them too! Report them to Shopify to close down their site!
Oh... and you can't post a photo of what you don't have. But I CAN post a photo of their last email to me! They're gonna be sorry they screwed me over!

Why is this company not being investigated? I wish I looked into the reviews before purchasing. They don't even have a number to call and they don't email u back. I'm pissed.
I ordered two dog beds from this company & they took my $$, but never received the dog beds, no way to get in touch with them either. That cost me $17.32, then when I look at their reviews, everyone else had the same experience, NO ONE RECEIVED ANY OF THEIR ORDERS! How can they get away with this?
I ordered a dog bed back on February 2 which I never received they said it had been shipped and that it was my problem and it's all they could do and quit corresponding with me this is the biggest scam company I have ever seen on the Internet they should not be allowed to do anything on Facebook.
Ordered pet steps (free, pay for shipping, $9.47). Never got order, run around on email. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PUT IN A DISPUTE, I did today. I'll get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NEVER think something is free when you have to pay shipping. Nothing is free.
Goodday, I ordered a "Purge Mask" on the 2019/10/30 which was supposed to be on some kind of promotion so the item was 100% off and you just had to pay for about $10 for the shipping fee. So anyway, a little while later I get an email saying that my order had been shipped, so I was cool with that but after several weeks I was a bit suspicious as I hadn't received the order and I hadn't received any update from any courier or the store, themselves. So I go back to the email which they originally sent me saying that my order had been "Shipped" and I try to track it but it does not work at all and I now think that it is a scam. Months later I still haven't received any update from anyone and I still have not received my order and I now KNOW that this is a scam. I decided to just search and see what people say about this online store and every single review is completley negative, all of the reviews are claiming that they have been scammed and there where over 200 reviews saying they were scammed!
Please take down this store as they are scamming so many people.

I ordered an item from them last May 4th and it was never delivered. They took my money and never responded to my emails. Beware of Facebook ads, don't buy anything from this website!
Ordered dog beds but glad I paid with Barclaycard as thet have issued me a refund and are looking into it, don't know why facebook allows these scammers u think if its on facebook its legit.
I too fell victim to these people. My bank has also opened a FRAUD investigation. ZERO response to emails on my orders. NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE to contact either. As of yesterday, July 4th they were on Facebook so I sent a message in Messenger and they RESPONDED with a standard answer. In the processing queue but only in reference to ONE of four orders. When I tried to respond via messenger, I was blocked. And NOW the Facebook site is GONE! Originally the site showed they were from Phillipines and Malaysia. Lucky enough, two of my orders were under $20 and my bank reimbursed those. However, I am currently out $48.12 Canadian. I am hopeful my bank will be successful at tracking this group. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They only have an EMAIL for contact, NO PHONE number and DO NOT RESPOND. PERIOD! Buyer BEWARE! Their website is still up, all looks legit but far from it. You've been warned!
Do not be persuaded to buy anything from these three (same scammers) page. You will find enticing adds on Facebook and Instagram to get items at a cheap price or even free. You pay a shipping fee and never get the item. They change their name frequently.
ON ANY NEW ADD, DO A WEB SEARCH TO SEE IF THEY ARE LEGIT. SCROLL DOWN AND LOOK AT THE WEBPAGES ARTWORK ETC. YOU CAN TELL IT IS FAKE.
