Very fast shipping and perfect heat press!
Great quality however a bit pricey considering the other options out there. Upon initial inspection of the unit, I noticed several things that worried me that it was used before and I received a returned product. It had a green wire pinched between the housing and bottom plate, as well as some cotton type material coming out of the heat plate housing, and oil/lubricant spilled on the top. I did use the basic tshirt press option and it worked great. Havent used any of the other heat options yet (hats/cups/etc...) Fingers crossed I don't have any issues in the future considering what I found during the unboxing alone. My coworker convinced me to go with thisbconpany because of their customer service she swore by them, so I took a chance.

What a nice company to talk to and deal with. Ryan was very professional and actually cared about what I needed. Extremely fast delivery times and much more product then I had anticipated. I highly recommend this company.
I didn't get the inks I had asked for originally but I will get them once the sublimation inks run out on my sawgrass.
