I think it not fair for shipping to be free just for vinyl. I purchased a large amount of vinyl with free shipping but because I added vinyl remover to my purchase shipping was not free.

Definitely the best service, prices and super fast shipping.

Love the company & products, just wished they had a different company for shipping. Fed ex never knocks and just leaves my stuff at the front door, I live on a busy street.

There was a delay with part of my order but customer service made it right by shipping the item out and sending it overnight so I didn't have to wait another week. Overall a good experience.

The first indicated 30% off on the vinyl I selected, because it was on sale... But I did not receive the discount. The second one... Sale price was honored at checkout. Overall happy with the heat transfer vinyl. Shipping was on time. Will order again.

Price of the tee square overall seems a little high but heatpress nation's service was great.

The products were as described, not damaged, received fast. I just think the items are way over priced.
