HeatPress Nation is amazing, however FedEx mis delivered my package and was a nightmare to deal with. They never did anything to try and find the package even though they have gps on their scanners and knew where they delivered it. I call customer service at heatpress nation because I was so frustrated with FedEx and the agent was amazing and apologized for FedEx and shipped out a replacement.

Overall, my experience was less than ok. I was truly disappointed with the shipping experience. I contacted this company several times via chat, and email to see what was taking so long for my order to arrive. I was told that it was my shipping address needed to be verified, however no call/voicemail or email was sent to me regarding my address.
I made a second order on 7-14-18 (directly after my first order) and I am STILL waiting for this second order to arrive it has almost been 1 month.
The Affirm Process was tedious and cumbersome. Trying to get my phone changed caused me to miss out on the 4th of july special. It took a month and thats with constant calling and having to escalate the issue to a manager after I had already sent in the necessary documents.
