I didn't have any issues with the service, delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The best part of the entire experience is that Heat Press Nation shipped to Alaska and didn't charge me a shipping fee almost equal to the cost of the heat press. To me that meant more than anyone will ever understand, because I am working on starting a custom design business for my retirement in 3 years. It started out rough not be able to get the type of press I needed but thata to this company I am on my way. Oh the press is heavy it's industrial so don't rely to lift it out of the box alone.

Ordering was quick and easy and the delivery was on time. I purchased the 15x15 auto-open with slide out drawer heatpress. I have only had it for 2 months and have used it many, many times. I have had my share of errors but it was not the product, it was me learning how to set it to the right tension for what I was doing. It is the perfect size for t-shirts, pillow covers, computer sleeves and more. I use it for heat transfer vinyl and sublimation. I will say, it does get really hot so the room you are working in may get a bit warm.
As first time pressers this is easy to use. I find it a little hard to close otherwise works great.
Glad I got the accessory I bought (tee square it) but feel the product is a bit overpriced. Otherwise ordering and customer service I received was fine.

I bought a refurbished craft heat press and it looks brand new and works fine. This was actually my third heat press to purchase from Heat Press Nation and I have no complaints. The delivery was fast. I just wish the shipping wasn't so expensive. It really increases the cost of the press. I guess the shipping rates are high because of the size of the box and the weight. It was well packaged.
Great customer service. Still getting used to the hat press, but hope the end result will turn out better with more practice.
