"These HID bulbs will fit you car." They didn't. When I brought that up, I was harassed with profanity and called a racist. Zero customer Service. Manager did the same thing.
Were delayed in shipping my bulbs by two weeks, then bulbs did not fit my vehicle, I mailed them back, only too be told the return period had expired. Rude customer service rep (Paul), resorted to raised voices and personal insults to defend his refusal to return the bulbs. A company that isn't totally embarrassed by such conduct is a company you don't want to deal with.
Here's how their lifetime warranty works, number one you have to email them then by the end of the day they'll respond to you. Number two they want you send back your headlights bulbs to them (you pay shipping) or upgrade and pay another amount. So lifetime warranty sucks, it's cheaper to buy them at a store or going to Amazon to buy them, I'll never buy from them again.

Worst business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Buy anywhere else. Repeated emails about questions I'd already answered in previous emails. They know nothing about headlights. The back and forth bullshit ran me through my 30 day guarantee with questions they should've been able to answer right away instead of me having to pull the information out of them.
Ordered what I was told would fit my truck. Was wrong size. Returned to company and they charged me restocking fee 20%. When I called questioning about the bulbs being wrong size they argued they were right size. Explained they don't fit and said you returned them so you are charged restocking fee even if wrong size. Terrible customer service argumentative, rude. Then manager gets on phone tells me nothing we can do for you. Recommend not using th em they are not experts.
I ordered headlights for my son's Ford F350. We were going on a 2 week trip camping in the UP. They sent the wrong headlights. I had to send them back at my expense, only to be told that I could only get a store credit because they didn't receive them back in 30 days! IT WAS THERE MISTAKE! They didn't offer to send the correct headlights and I'm out the shipping! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
Customer ordered lights for his F350 with Sealed Beams, when he actually has replaceable beam headlights. Although the wrong items were purchased by the customer, we have a 30 day return policy, and offer free exchanges. Customer returned the merchandise past our 30 day return policy, however we still offered the customer in-store credit or an exchange despite this.
I received a poorly packed, but undamaged package, however a terminal of one of the H11B bulbs was broken.
I contacted customer service and was instructed to return the item, for testing and replacement.
I also questioned that the LED chips used were not as advertised, this was never addressed.
The bulbs were returned at considerable cost, which I also queried, ignored again
One of the replacement bulbs was similarly damaged.
I more closely inspected and found that the terminal was merely soldered to the pcb board trace, which resulted in being easily damaged. I've been a technician for over 40 years, I've been able to repair and strengthen with some epoxy, hopefully it will last a while.
Poor design and construction, poor packaging and customer service. Look elsewhere.
After making an order and payment to these clowns I received confirmation and a shipping confirmation.

This company claims to know what they're talking about when it comes to the bulbs in your car, I can assure you they do NOT and they will also tell you if they don't work they'll refund your money, they will but not all of it, not only did the bulbs they recommended NOT fit my car they kept 20.00 out of the 100 I paid, this is not worth the hassle, they suck!
They also argued with me about the bulbs they sent! Save yourself the time and the cash..

I know from experience these are cheap waterproof connectors. There are many points for wire corrosion and failure in this kit on the salt covered winter roads where i live. Silicone seals on the connector side and open to elements on the back side where the copper wire is crimped to the pins. I probably just wasted $100. I should have done more research before purchasing. I might risk installing them on my work truck after sealing all the connectors
Ordered led kit which came with NO instructions. (First red flag). Contacted customer service who responded by saying the instructions were on the product page (they arent, second red flag). Product page mentions splicing but email says no splicing needed. Very contradictory information. (3rd red flag). VERY unprofessional. Totally regret ever buying from them. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You'll thank me later. Otherwise you will be regretting your purchase too, no doubt.
Can not call customer service. Chat response is idiotic. Email is non responsive. Here is as suggestion. When your headlights don't work it's kind of an urgent issue. Waiting for an email response is stupid. I bought the parts locally and fixed the defective part. Lifetime warranty useless.
I ordered a set of headlights, simple order. Said 2 day shipping, figured at least 5-7. It said they shipped in 2 days but didn't. Had to email several times to get information. Said they had stock problems. Was told it shipped a week later and won't be here for another week. Never will order from them again.
I bought a set for my 2005 astro van and they didn't fit. I asked to return but got nothing but a hard time. The person I was corresponding with very rude and didn't care. I ended up calling the company only to be talking to this same rude person. All he did was laugh aloud to my face. Finally I got to speak to a manager and finally he agreed to my return. Although they didn't fit and none of this was my fault they still charged me $43.00 for buying something from them that didn't fit. My advice to all is stay away from this company.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service was argumentative and rude. Their product are off the shelf housings made in China. The housing didn't fit my car. They told me I had aftermarket headlight buckets. I compared my buckets to NOS buckets. They are the same. They charged me a 20% restocking fee. I bought only after they told me it would fit my car. Spend your money at another seller.
I ordered a set of H4666 LED headlight form them. Website stated that the item was "In Stock" which is something I look for in online purchases. Got initial email within minutes indicating what I had ordered and gave USPS tracking info. Then nothing for 3 weeks! Sent a followup email to their "customer service" asking what was up and if I needed to dispute the credit card charges. They responded that the light enclosures were out of stock but would be in the following week at which time, my order would be shipped. Then nothing for another week. Sent second followup email indicating that more than a week had passed and no headlights, nor had there been any updates on the USPS tracking info. I also inquired what "In stock" actually meant to them as the website indicator as such had not changed the entire month and also asked why I had to initiate all of the email exchanges. Got a response that my items were being shipped but no response to my critical questions. Items finally arrived after 5 weeks of waiting, but were a further disappointment. After specifically ordering H4666 headlights, what I received were H4 headlights. Though vary similar, they each sport a very different electrical connector (see photos). Sent another email to "customer service" explaining that they sent the wrong units. They responded that all I needed was a "3-to-3 adapter", that would be sent free and did I want them? I responded that I did want them sent and further indicated that H4 units were otherwise useless in an H4666 environment. After more than a week, still no adapters and still no updates on USPS tracking info. I'm no expert, but neither are these pretenders.
Horrible company with horrible customer service and horrible products. Dishonest. Rude. Will not honor a warranty.
Pay attention to the positive reviews left on this site, they are all fake left by the company. It's very evident that they are all created by somebody that speaks English as a second or third language and all have the same grammatical and punctuation errors. Buyer beware, the negative reviews are what you should be paying attention to.
Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.I made a purchase with headlight experts. After making the purchase my credit card was compromised. I notified them JUST to inform them and they quickly became defensive.
I contacted my credit card company and went over the charges...in no fault of mine the credit card company disputed the charge to headlight experts.
Headlight experts began sending me emails accusing me of stealing and explaining the law. I responded not only once but multiple times, that I was going to pay and i am not disputing the charge, this was a mistake made by the credit card company. They continued to accuse me of stealing and lying because I have received the item. They finally got paid for their product. $#*!ty customer service, even after explaining they did not want to hear about it. BUYER BEWARE
Don't waist your money buying from Headlight Experts. I purchased a set of LED headlights with the Warning Cancellers / Capacitors+$10.00 I put the LED headlights in my truck and they didn't work correctly. One plug was broken so I contacted them. They informed me that I needed to purchase a set of resistors/decoders. Had I known that I would have bought all together. They also wanted pictures like I was lying or something. I email them the photos I was emailed and told me to send them in. I received the headlight and All they did was repaired the plug and sent them back. (Repaired not replaced!)After all that I hooked them up AGAIN and it still didn't work. I got looking at them and the wires were so loose they were separating from the plug as I was driving down the driveway. Contacted them to get a refund and was informed that I wouldn't get my money back because they don't do returns on used items. I never drove on the road I only made it to the end of my driveway and they weren't working correctly. Once u plug them into your vehicle and they don't work. Headlight Expires considers them used and will not give you a refund. You're stuck with light you can't rely on at night. Then I was told they had a lifetime warranty and they would repair them. Who wants a new product that has to be repaired before u can ever use them? The lifetime warranty is a joke all they do is replace the components and send them back to you. That's all they did with the plug because I marked the LED in a spot know one would see and sure enough I got the same light back. So I called them an that was a joke. Rude from the start and the Headlight "expert" rep threatened me and hung up. I was hung up on several time right from the start. I would strongly suggest no one buy anything from this company. They are so bad they have****** review's disabled. Please check every review site, you will see the nightmare other have experienced dealing with them. I only wish I would have checked before my purchased because I wouldn't have these junk LED Headlights I can't use.

Customer ordered H4 LED lights for a 2005 Toyota Tundra. A 2005 Toyota Tundra uses an H4 LED bulb. The only way it wouldn't fit is if the mechanic had no idea what he was doing, or if they had aftermarket headlight assemblies in the vehicle. We shipped the exact part the customer ordered, which was a properly fitting bulb.
