When my items arrived, ALL OF THEM were clearly two full sizes smaller than standard sizing, and the return policy is very much geared in favor of Hawalili and not the customer. That being said, they responded quickly and followed through on our agreed upon resolution.

Because it is my first purchase with the company, I must wait and see before sharing an opinion about it.
The shirt came after some delay, and although it was listed as a MAN'S SIZE 5XL, it was much smaller and my husband couldn't get it anywhere near closed. I will keep the shirt because it's a hassle to send back. I'll see if my son wants it. The other shirts I ordered(one for me and one for my son) fit perfectly and I'm entirely satisfied with them.

They sent a SMALL shirt that I can't even close. This shirt will fit a 140 lb. 17 year old boy, not a man. Then they tell me I must pay shipping and customs to China for return -- insist there is NO ERROR despite the supplied picture. Return will be as much as the initial purchase. They are unmoved by their error and treat the customer with contempt. Paypal are now useless ****s who automatically side with the Business. Hawalili are terrible and you should never, EVER buy from them. They do not stand behind what they sell and they hide behind the Great Wall picking your Western pocket.

Very little in my size and when I did find something it took forever to arrive. The package tracker would show that it spent an excessive amount of time at one location before moving onward.
