Shipping charges are higher than expected especially considering the anticipated length of delivery time. The high cost of your shipping charges show expedite the delivery. If that was expedited delivery I would hate to have to wait for normal delivery. Also website instructions and communications were very poor.

My email discount disappeared after I put in my email. But the shirt arrived in a timely manner and it's pretty cool.

As a consumer I recognize these chinese shirts are inexpensive items. BUT as a customer I also recognize Hawalili's acruracy, return policies, and "customer service" is unfortunately terrible, I do not recommend doing business with Hawalili. Accurracy: 1 out of 3 items sent to me was wrong. Return policies: I should send photos of the error AND I should pay for the shipping cost back to China for their error/inaccurracy. "Customer Service": they first offered me 10% discount on my NEXT order. (So I paid for ($20) and should keep the item I did not order, that was sent to me in error, thus avoid paying the shipping back to China for their error AND order from them again...no thank you). After a month of trying to correct this, with no less than 8 emails/requests, the "suprvisor" did up the ante to 50% refund. Keep the $20 dollars Hawalili as my gift to you, you've lost a customer instead of gaining one. Richard B

The quality of the shirts are less than what is shown on the online page. And the color is a lighter shade than shown on the page.

Easy to use, hoping it will fit him, Normally wears a large but the size chart large is really large so went for a medium

I was able to find what I wanted pretty quickly and I was able to get a few variations. I was excited to get my order, but when I received the shirts, they looked thin and cheap. I also discovered that they were meant to be dry-cleaned, something I was not prepared to do.

Great selection. Easy shopping. Excellent communication and no problems with delivery. All items fit perfectly. Sizing measurements on the site are so helpful.
