High shipping, do not let you know it is coming from China, customs, etc. /set up payment plan without asking, or letting me know.
WAAAY too long to get order, it sat in Customs in China and US too long. They fool you into thinking your order is coming from Hawaii, not China!

Easy and glad they ship to Canada. Came in just in time for our trip for a wedding in Hawaii. Very happy with the material and shirts.

I have ordered shirts 3 times. So far I liked the product with the first two deliveries. Third order hasn't been delivered and when I checked with the company they claimed to have shipped it to me at a different zip code. I "on line chatted" with Acho and he told me that there is nothing that he could or would do for me.
I'm fascinated that you got the order right the first 2 times AND showed my order in your system, but when I placed a third, larger order: it didn't show in my orders AND supposedly ended up at a different address.

I oredered the same shirt in White, LIght Blue, Gray, and Dark Blue but and another color bu t when you go to cart in only shows 5 light blue. I am hoping I get different colored shirts. They did a great job of fixing my order and I ended up with exactly what I was hoping for! Great overall customer service.

Better prices than competitors. One shirt bleed colors after washing. Contacted customers service but they plead lack of understanding my problem. No speak english.

Like the shirt and price but shipping cost is too high and length of tine to get order is too long.

This is my 3rd order from this company.so far all fit perfectly. I love so many different choices in color and styles. Three on each order. Only a couple are a little longer in length then I like, but I still where them and no one has said anything. I will be ordering more in the near future
