I have been trying to reach them for my orders placed in May'23.
Haven't received most of the products and the sales team only keeps promising refund which is never done and now they have stopped responding.
The refund amount is over a Lakh.
My advice would be to ask for a call and buy from their existing stock if you like anything from those. However attractive the offer seems if your money is going to be indefinitely stuck with them, there's no point. I had a call with a haute 24 executive and picked a bag that was not my first choice but was still fairly ok. I got a really good price and I did not have to worry if the product is gonna reach me. I had a friend at Pune pick up the bag that I saw and courier it to me.
I placed an order for Coack wallet worth Rs 6900 on 4 th December 2023. I have still not received the product. None of the customer care numbers are valid. Automatic reply to my emails are being generated, but response either on call or email. This is a total fraud experience I had.
Fraudulent company, beware, everyone. I placed my order in July and haven't received my order yet. Neither have I received a refund. I am unable to contact customer support, and this is very frustrating. I am sure they just take the money and do not deliver. Don't be swayed by the five-star reviews; most of them seem to be fake. Check the one-star reviews; mostly, all have faced the same issue as I have. I placed the order and haven't received it, neither got the refund. It's a waste of my money.
I had ordered a bag over 3months ago. I have not received the product and no one in customer care departments responds to messages and emails. Please beware and do not waste your money, time and energy.

Very bad service … their customer care numbers don't work they don't have any number which can provide u answers regarding ur own order and wats app contacts never reply of your queries …. Delivery service is very poor …. 2 months 3 months late …. Will never order again from haute 24.

I just got that also checked with the Delhi Store of Jimmy choo. I got the store receipt also from their team. I am supper happy with my collection. Thank you guys. I ordered bag from their site and it's been 3 months I haven't received by bag.when I call the huate people they start giving you excuse custom mai hai.and after some days when custom excuse don't work they will ignore your msgs and call.and they didn't order of you.if you don't give advance amount now you are stuck BCz you have to wait for them to response my order no is ******* and they will send you link which will show you 2 months more
Haute24 is a utter cheaters. After making the full payment also not yet received the product. They are not responding to the calls. Its been almost 6 months got over. No response, no phone calls are reaching to them, simply it says switched off. They have not refunded the amount as well. Cheater.
I ordered a Gucci bag for my mom's birthday and even after giving me an 8 week delivery option I got it in 4 weeks time and the company was really transparent with their working and policies, great overall experience ordering through this and would surely order again

I recently had the most horrendous experience with and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.
I placed an order in july for a handbag with great excitement, expecting to receive the item I had carefully chosen. However, what followed was a complete nightmare. The company informed me that the handbag I ordered was not available coz Micheal Kors have no chains...which was completely lie.And they r not giving my refund too.
What infuriates me the most is that they stopped answering my calls and half of them r switched off.This is a fraud website and they sell luxury brands so u can imagine how much money people have lost.I have posted my invoice also.This is not how customer service should work.
I believe in fair and ethical business practices, this website has failed miserably in this regard
I urge anyone considering shopping with them to think twice. Please don't buy from them.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I endured. There are plenty of other reputable handbag companies out there that value their customers and uphold ethical standards.
I order a bag in the month of June where they guaranteed the delivery before 30th August which is anyways more than 2months. After skipping the deadline/timeline they asked for another 10days and again I waited and now they have no answer or track of the product. I asked for the refund and its been 25days and they still dont have any answers or track. Their customer care team takes days to reply and the replies are also too vague.

Firstly deeper discounted goods never get delivered. It is their way of locking your money and earning interest as you go through a long painful process of follows ups and refund which if you are lucky enough you may get through multiple follow ups and threats. The customer service is extremely responsive when you are placing an order but instantly becomes irresponsible after the order is placed. They will keep passing you to one team to another. This is a scam that the team is running and beware to not block your money and get tortured.

I've bought some really great stuff from Haute24! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy store that sells luxury items. The delivery time is also worth noting. All in all I'm highly impressed and would definitely use them again.

Horrible Experience with the people. They have the worst customercare service, you have to wait for days to get their response and even the response is so vague, i ordered products 2 months back and still i havent received my products.
I asked for refund and the time frame and they arent sure when they can refund back the amount.
The more they make me wait, the more i tend to take an aggressive decision in filing a cyber crime case

Never gonna shop or recommend anyone to buy from here. My huge amount of money is stuck with them since past 3 months, they sent old LV bags all scratched. Now after 3 months said they will refund but again no replies from their end. They just give fake words and promises. Have been patient for 3 months but now will file a Consumer complaint against them to get my money. Highly unprofessional bunch of people.

I have ordered for 3 bags and my family has ordered for a lot more stuff from them in the past
The websites service is pathetic and their deliveries are not on time. At times they happily even switch your products randomly.
After taking your money they disappear and require multiple reminders for them to send a reply.

They charged me for asking for an alternate product saying that it's in shipment still my order was late by weeks today I called them the bad wasn't in the right condition never called back so much attitude. The bag looks used!
