Its been months crossed the estimated time of delivery, neither my product is delivered nor the customer service is ready to reply,contacting them since months but of zero help

Do not shop with them, pay a little extra and get your products from collective or Clq Luxury. These guys take the payment and then stop answering calls or Messages. They're absolutely unapologetic, have extremely poor service and the products are seldom original

It has the worst customer service ever. The bag came after 4 months of waiting and several follow ups and still it was the wrong bag. Had to wait another 2 months to get another wrong bag. They dont respond to calls or messages, had to go to their office numerous times to get updates on my order. You pay so much to get this kind of service and the staff could care less, they still dont change their attitude :/

Very exhausting, annoying and most irresponsible customer care! I've tried buying almost 5L worth premi un bags from them it's been 2 months, haven't received them, received one but has quality issues. They don't care how much ever we shop! Very irresponsible! Also the prices aren't that great for luxury products! You can get them directly from store in India itself for very less difference! They act as if they are giving the products for free! Absolute worst customer service! I recommend to stay away as I've been victim to this! The norms are flexible with their terms and absolute worst to ours! Save yourself the misery

Being a first-time customer ( and the last time ever) I placed an order for an item in December 2021 and it got delivered to me only in February 2022. It was a nightmare trying to contact them to find out where my products were. Out of 2 products, 1 of them wasn't available and they took 20 days to finally send my refund. When I asked them when I will receive the other product, they said that because my order is less than Rs. 1 lakh, it will take a really long time to deliver, if I shop for that range, then I would get my product faster. I mean, there's no need to rub it in my face like that, some of us don't shop online thinking that we will be discriminated against based on how "less" we pay. Overall, not a good customer experience. I hate giving bad reviews because I generally shop online a lot and I'm usually quite happy with every other site.

My advice would be to ask for a call and buy from their existing stock if you like anything from those. However attractive the offer seems if your money is going to be indefinitely stuck with them, there's no point. I had a call with a haute 24 executive and picked a bag that was not my first choice but was still fairly ok. I got a really good price and I did not have to worry if the product is gonna reach me. I had a friend at Pune pick up the bag that I saw and courier it to me.

I've bought a few products from this website and had a great experience shopping with them. They have huge variety of products at a really good discounted price. I shopped a lot for my sisters wedding trousseau. Got almost everything on time. People working there are pretty friendly and polite

I love shopping from this site. This is my second time and I absolutely love the products and prices. Plus they have range of merchandise so it offers a lot of choice for gifting also.

The only issue is- long wait time from order to delivery. But I guess that's because their products arrive from US/UK which also ensures that I am getting authentic stuff.

I am sure the marc jacobs snap shot bag which i brought from them is fake or 1st copy. Unless i see the bill from Marc jacobs i cannot believe... terrible company. I got my refund after a long struggle.

The customer service Horrible. Terrible I tell you. I'm really very disappointed.
My order was delayed for over 3 months and after that I received a call from them saying that it's not available. Just unbelievable.
Really Terrible Experience. Would recomend to just stick to Darveys or Tata Cliq. Haute24 is a scam. They just take the money and go unresponsive after that.

They don't respond at all even if they do respond they don't care to find a solution for it they just ignore you. Though the products seem good their team is very bad at getting back when you expect them to. They just leave you on hold and don't bother to communicate or help with the problem.

They don't deserve even 1 star. Horrible site. It's truly fake. I have ordered stuff in December and haven't received yet. They are a bunch of cheaters. Thankfully I had asked my other family members also to order but they waited for me to receive my product first and got saved from these cheaters. Else we would have lost thousands of rupees.
