I have been a Haulla waste management customer for six months, and I am highly content with their service. Despite occasional missed pickups, their team's quick and polite response has built trust in their dedication to resolving problems. Haulla has exceeded my expectations and consistently delivered a superior service compared to my previous waste management provider.
Someone called me and offered to lower down the monthly bill for the dumpster and I signed. I never regret my decision in choosing Haulla. No problems so far and I am paying way less compared to before.
Great service great value. Switched from Waste Management, Haulla offered me about a 20% discount as well as credit for missed pick up. Also it was convenient that I could choose between credit and recovery pick up. I decided to get credit when my dumpster still had some spare capacity and asked for a recovery pick up when the dumpster was nearly full. Less stressful waste management system for my business.Highly recommended.
Signed up with Haulla after they approached me and convinced me I could save some money by using their services. They offered me the same service as Waste Management and even said they would pay for the cancellation fees with them!
After canceling my contract with Waste Management and leaving me without dumpsters they drop the bomb- they are not offering me recycling. Our contract stated that was part of our agreement. Then they stop responding to my requests for contact. MY BUSINESS IS LEFT WITHOUT DUMPSTERS FOR TRASH OR RECYCLING FOR 2 WEEKS. I have trash piling up on my property and I finally have to call Waste Management and pay over $2,000 to reinstate my contract and return my old dumpsters. I tried multiple times to address this issue with Haulla privately and get my money back and they laughed at me. Very proud of themselves for pulling off this scam so seamlessly.
There are times when don't pick up the trash once every 3 months. It was a bit frustrating because I couldn't directly contact the waste collection company but it was okay because the manager in charge of Haulla resolve it quickly. Anyway, even if you use the service of another waste collection company, it is the same that sometimes it is not collected. So cheaper is better. There were a few dissatisfied parts but the reason I'm still using this service is that I used to pay about $250 per month but now I only pay $160 per month.

This company is the worse. They lied to get me to sign their contract never paid my termination fees and they are impossible to get ahold of. The reps call pretending they are owners of the businesses and they try to get information from companies. Just a bunch of liars i would never in a million years use this company. On top of that, they are event a real company they are just the broker so you never know who is coming to get your trash and you never know when either... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just work out a deal with your current company its safer and less stressful... im sure the reps who work there are the only people giving this company 5 stars...what a joke
Their driver reported pick up twice without actually picking up. The 2nd time he did that I called immediately to report the incident and ask them to dispatch driver to come back, but they refused. Their driver lied to them about the pick up and changed his story a few times. He told them he picked up, then he told them, gate was closed, then he told them that someone waived him off. They refused to send a representative to investigate. They use VOIP phones, so their telephone communications are not reliable. Overall, horrible service

This company offer you to get the contract from your actual company. Once you sign with them your nightmare Star. They mis pickups, they come ad different days and times' if you call them they never answer if you leave voice mail thy never call you back. If you email they will send you an email saying they looking on the account. I have asked to talk to a manager. But never get a response. They asked you to make payments over the website. Be careful. If you put you card number ebon for one time payment they will charge you card with out your permission. I tough no to make payments on the bill sense they not given service. But they charge to you card even if its not on auto payment. And its frustrating no to ben enable to talk to a person to discus the mater
This company called and reached out many times for mw to sign up. I finally did and was told to end my services with a previous company, which i did. I never received my trash can after waiting for weeks o, no services after reaching out multiple times. My rep never responded to me as well. I had to pay $500 just to get back with my previous company that I canceled for haulla! Super unprofessional, there is no direct phone number to reach them at. I am with Waste Management and they NEVER gave me a problem. DO not trust this company!

Used them and they missed my picks up and i told them iam not paying for service not rendered and you cant cancel tried and tried and they keep charging you and they dont render services tried to find out there location to drop off dumpster and they say they dont have one most $#*!tiest company ever talk to dozen or ppl and mangers and supervisors and still no outcome

They contacted me, had me cancel my current services early saying they would pay the early termination fees and handle everything for me. Now months later my current services were cancelled leaving me a bill of over 1000$ with no trash services. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
This company called me everyday to switch over. They said, there will be no overage costs on weight and garbage, which was great. I finally did the switch. It took them 3 weeks to deliver their dumpsters and I was without any dumpsters for 3 days. They serviced me one day and said they will no longer be able to service me, because my dumpsters were to heavy. Which ironically is the reason I switched. They picked up their dumpsters the next day and luckily I was able to get service again with my previous vendor (waste management). They did not even pay the early termination cost with Waste Management, and luckily they did not charge me, since I continued service with them right away.
Now they are still calling me to get service again, unbelievable.

I've had there service for 6 weeks and been trying to get a pick up from day 1. Customer service is a joke and only ever says 'I'm working on it' with no results.
Do not do business with Haulla. I agreed to get their service on weekly basis and it has been a month since last pick up. Today i have overflown dumpster and i had reached out 3 times this past week. They say they will do their best to get an emergency pick up and they had failed me. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I like the price, but nothing special about their hauling service. There were some missed pick-ups, but their customer service gave me credits when I report it. So that was not that bad.
I've been using the service for a couple of years now. There were some issues initially but they were helpful in resolving them. I plan to continue using the service as it still works well for me.
They just delivered our brand-new dumpsters. It took a while for them to cancel my old service but it was totally worth it. Now saving a lot with them. :)
Gave a quote and canceled my current service then called and changed the price, left me with no service for two weeks and extra fees. Please be careful and don't use them
