Initially, I was kind of skeptical of the price that they offer but after one year, it seems like they're the only one in the market that seems to really be keeping to their word. Yes, there's a missed pick up sometimes but I was offered credits to make up for that.

Before, it was talking to a robot without ther customer service line opened. Now, they do a better job handling no trash pick-ups and getting back. I belive they also gave me free credit for incidents that I had to go through. Overall, it is fair to say the service level is FAIR considering the cheaper price you receive. But if you want premium service, I recommend you to stay away.

Not worth the savings
January 23, 2024

I regret ever signing with this company. They called or emailed every 3 days to inquire about dumpster drop off. Once i finally got the old dumpsters removed Haulla took 6 DAYS to deliver dumpsters. I had to rent a Uhaul to trash some where for the wait. No amount of calls or emails changed this situation. Beautiful new dumpsters arrived and I learn today that they will NOT empty them until they have been on the property for 7-14 days. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Running a very busy restaurant and hotel with no trash service is near impossible. Whatever you do DON'T make the mistake of buying what the sales person is selling. Not worth the aggravation and dozens of angry emails and phone calls at every flipping turn.

Switched from RS; price is ~20% cheaper than RS. Customer service speed is not that fast, but not a issue yet. If you are patient enough, they might be the one to go with.

This company is scamming filipino contractors and not paying them. Hiring multiple candidates around 60+ then remove 95% of them and will repeat the process so that they can find new hires that will do the job for free! This company has been reported in most jobsites. To those in the States - Do not do business with this company, they have a poor service

Not a real waste management company

Just so everybody knows, this is just a brokerage, not a real waste management company. You should contact a waste management company directly for better pricing and customer service. This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with, we have canceled their contract, three months ago, and they refuse to pick up their dumpsters. Our next steps are to take legal action. They will miss many pick ups, which is detrimental if you run a multi family or commercial business. Your tenants will be very unhappy, and they will degrade the value of your property. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

Obnoxious marketing

Angelica was calling and texting me multiple times per day from multiple numbers. Even after I kindly asked that they don't call me again. This is harassment, and small business owners are busy people.

Never experienced such difficult and non-responsive customer service from any company before.
Because of their lack of communication, I have been without a dumpster, piling my trash in a corner of my wedding venue for days.
They call you every minute, once you sign up you never hear back from them. I do not recommend this company, save yourself the stress.

Terrible service
October 6, 2023

I have been waiting on a new dumpster for 1 and a half weeks! I run a hotel business and they keep telling me the same story every time I call "we are going to move your case to urgent" when I first signed the contract I was informed I would never be dumpster less. They said it would be a smooth transition. Sometimes customer service doesn't even answer the phone! I suggest going with premier waste.

Do not use this company

Please do not use them. They are a broker and sub the pick ups…if they even pick up. Customer service is even worse since it is ONLY via email. When you cancel they will still charge you. When you email to fix it. They will still charge you. They are one giant scam. Use a reputable company in your area and don't make the mistake that I did.

Great service ever!

I am very happy switching to Haulla because they have a great customer service. They don't overcharge and their price is even locked in for 1-3 years. At first I was hesitant because I also see some bad reviews, but with my experience to them compared to other waste pick up companies, for me Haulla is the best!

Joining Haulla has helped me save money that I use in other areas of my business. What I enjoyed the most is how the rate I signed for is what I pay monthly. In the past I have been experiencing an elevated price because of all these additional fees that were not mentioned when they wanted me to sign. I have not experienced missed pick ups and dealing with them has been so seamless. If you want peace of mind at an affordable rate? I suggest you join Haulla; plus they pay term fees when cancelling your contract.

No customer service number. You cannot speak to a human. I have not paid the bill in four or five months yet. I still have a dumpster on my property. They did not service their dumpster so I had to finally call and sign a contract with a new company.

Worst company ever
March 22, 2023

Impossible to reach. Failed to provide service for more than a month. Failed to pay off previous provider as promised. Eventually negotiated this myself, paid it off after 5 months of waiting. Eventually was reimbursed for the rate I paid to previous provider. Showed company more than $300 in dump fees for month and a half of not providing service (had to run trash and recycling myself). After explaining this for months they offered a $50 credit. Most disfunctional and inept company I have ever encountered

Please do not sign a contract with Haulla. They cancelled my previous service and never delivered a dumpster. I have been going back and forth with them for over 5 weeks. The trash is piling up and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to get it removed. They still do not have a concrete solution for me. My restaurant is shutting down because of the issue. All the jobs it provides will be lost. Please do not fall for this scammers.

Be honest

I've been saving a good amount of budget for my family business every month for a year and a half now and to be honest, it hasn't been a great experience. However, when compared to the previous service I was using, Haulla has been better at handling compensations when pickups were missed for several days.
