The product was a national name, the same as what I can buy from my local hardware store but at significantly less than local costs. However, the shipping for my less than one pound product significantly ate my savings. If I had a regular postal delivery option rather than having to use a shipping service, I would have truly realized a savings. Was the only thing bad with the experience, otherwise, very satisfied.
Everything good except some problems with the website. I can usually find what I want however some items I would like are not stocked. Prices are excellent and shipping is reasonable. I have shopped here numerous times and would again.
Products and pricing is very good. Website is somewhat awkward when a product is added to the cart, there is no continue shopping button so you will have to go back and find your place again in the product list.
I thought I was ordering something different than what I received. I had certain expectations and they were not met at all. I don't think my dissatisfaction has anything to do with what hardwareworld.com sold or specified though.
Very fair price for screen material. My only concern, and not a complaint, is that the second order came without the benefit of a protectant box. It was shipped in a simple plastic bag. Did not effect screen.
Absolutely fantastic...couldn't be happier. Easy, the diagrams are a life savor!...exactly what is described and exactly what I wanted...shipping was fast and I would order from them again with out hesitation...price was also good
This was my first experience with HardwareWorld. I found what I was looking for. It was reasonably priced. The shipping took only few days. The merchandise arrived in good shape and is working beautifully.
Great Prices.Great Products...On-time delivery...A special shout-out to the service center employees. I sent an email, after normal business hours, about a potential order issue (my fault) to Hardware World. Within minutes, I rec'd a reply from Hardware World customer service and the issue was resolved.

When I placed the order it was immediately placed on hold, but still charged my bank, due to the two different emails I gave. This is a business we have two emails we use, one for communication and the other for the receipts.
Then I was told that I could not call to resolve fraud issues. I should be able to call customer service for everything.
I gave one star rating only because I received the product.
Needless that to say I will look for another supplier!

My overall experience was 5 star! The only drawback on my product was the sticker on the brackets I ordered has been almost impossible to remove! And since I have 80 of them, its been a bit of a pain!
I like thee site. I traveled to every local hardware/big box store to no avail. Your site was easy to navigate and brought me to the right product immediately The parts were delivered to my PO box in a couple of days I am very happy with the service and the merchandise
I was looking for a fairly hard to find item and found exactly what I wanted here. It was delivered in a couple of days, in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to order again.
They asked me to send pictures of personal info like ID or utility bills. This place is a scam, beware!
Could not complete order last Friday -- confusion of password I believe. Debra was great at trying to get me on the phone -- but our work schedules didn't mesh! Also qty kept adding up which I couldn't delete.
There was temporay poor stock on items I needed - spent hours trying to decide what to substitute because of design problems using Stanley standard Steel Bracketry. Customer service is great though. Although there's a weird logic issue when ship to does not equal bill to address - order will not process and there's really noone to call. You can call & leave a message or email. This needs improvement from all aspects.
They will remain in my first tier for shopping when looking for items.
This company is wonderful! Very honest and really cares about their customers. Very rare do you find this kind of customer service. Long story short, I paid for express shipping but didn't need it because their warehouse was closer to my location then expected. They contacted me to let me know that I didn't need express shipping and refunded my money. What company does that? Most company's would have kept the money. Although it wasn't much money, it was the honesty that captured my attention.
Customer service is as good as any experience I have had with internet buying...Follow-up was surprisingly fast and helpful...All issues were resolved asap...Will order from HardwareWorld again...In fact I have them bookmarked at the top of my list...
Like using PayPal, no fault of hardware world but the faucet advertised that it was designed for deep deck countertops but the sprayer shaft is too short for our granite countertops even though the other three pieces were long enough. We contacted moen. They are sending an extender piece.
Exceptional response, good selection, easy processing! Overall dealings with Hardwareworld were great. Just disappointed in the squeegees I ordered. The tips are too stiff which causes them to chatter and skip. The ones I used to buy but are no longer available are very similar in design, but don't chatter and skip. Size (6 1/2 inch blade) is very good for a small shower stall like ours (4' by 3'). I'm hoping they will soften up with use. We'll see.
