The items we ordered are not available locally so we are very pleased to be able to get them online, they arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The pricing is VERY good. Very pleased and will order again when needed.

Web site is very easy to navigate... found what I needed quickly and I had no trouble making my selection and checking out. The products I ordered were exactly what I expected and the delivery came on the day promised. GREAT service!

Great selection of garden products and the cheapest prices I saw on the net, however, I didn't do an extensive search, but way cheaper than the big box stores or Amazon, plus the drive to the big box stores costs me more than shipping!
Everything I received is exactly what I ordered, no substitutions and excellent quality.

My order did not get shipped for over a week. No contact from the company. I tried and tried to get ahold of someone. They did not return my phone calls. They were NOT prompt in returning my multiple emails. Still no satisfactory reason was given as to why it took so long. I missed my deadline for an important project I was working on.

Very good! Some Cans bent in shipping but are all good and usable.Next time suggest they use bubble wrap instead of the large amount of paper that was used.
Amazon had tried three times but wasn't able to successfully ship the item so Hardware World is better for such items. Just add bubble wrap ands be sure to be perfect. Thanks for the

It was OK.
Purchased two small cans of paint based upon best price available.
Paint cans were dented but still closed upon arrival.
So, they were either damaged before (unsellable at store) or damaged in shipment due to inadequate packing. Either was a possibility.
As long at the product is OK, I'm OK.

Easy straight forward.
Ordered 2 gallons of premium penofin stain. The shipping carton was excellent.Both gallons had 3 retaining
Clips on the lids. Other suppliers should see Hardwareworld's packaging.

Great customer service, great prices. If I knew others who would benefit, I wouls recommend they try Hardware World. However, the actual product I ordered was a bit disappointing. I'll explain. I ordered 22 48 in. Iong 7/8 in. Diameter dowels. 7/8 inch is.875. The dowels actually measure.892. It is rather difficult to fit a.892 dowel into a.875 hole without quite a lot of sending.

Our Painters allowed us to use their product to help them pre-clean some areas, and this product was outstanding. I tried unsuccessfully to find it in our local stores but could not. I did a Google search and ordered pronto. The shipping was high but I wanted the product.

Easy and fast way to get the fertilizer products for my fruit trees delivered straight to the house. Hardwareworld had all 3 products I needed, in the quantity needed. Only 1 issue on the delivery, one bag was torn inside the box. The bag could've split in shipping or maybe it was packed that way? About 1 to 2 cups spilled out. Was able to recover most.

I ordered a light "fire exit sign" because Hardware World's price was better than local box stores. I received it in less than a week, installed it, and it works great! Good service and quality products.

I have been having such a hard time finding this spray! AC Moore only gets 4 cans in at a time, and I have 150 items to spray with this! Needless to say it has been taking me a long time to complete my project. I am so excited I found your website!

Very easy to use site & ordering process. Really fast delivery. These were one of the very few suppliers that had the product I needed (I think its been discontinued) & they were very reasonably priced.

Excellent seller and exquisite customer service. One problem is with the shipping, not their fault, but they only offer UPS which has become an iffy courier service not only by not delivering the items but by flat out lying about the reason. I wish Hardwareworld would offer FedEx. Because I need their products I might have to open my own personal account with Fedex and go that route.

I asked for info about a product and I got an answer in a very short time.
I ordered that product and I received it in two days. Excellent. And the price was way lower than in any other store online.

The cost is a little high at first look, but you can save your older cans that are better than the newer gas cans, its a fair trade off. The kits fit my cans and they don't spill gas like my new "saftey can" that always ends up spilling gas.
