I had to buy a new frame and did not need the risers after all and haven't decided if I am going to keep or send back. Since I have to pay for shipping, I need to check what the cost will be to me versus just keeping them

Ok so first off...Dana in customer service is fabulous. I ordered 20 brackets that are extremely heavy. However, the first time around I only received 10 due to a very poor packing job. Dana quickly sent out another 10 to fulfill my order. The second box I received was just as bad as the first box. Whoever is packing these orders needs to be seriously talked to. The contents of this second shipment was in severe jeopardy again. There was a whole in the side of the box and the fact the items stayed in the box was just pure luck. I have a major chain link fence project to do and I am very reluctant in using you guys again as your shipping department has no sense of pride. I know how to pack, your guys do not. A little high priced on the hinges we were looking for and they did not come with screws. Apparently this was in the description, but did not even think to check to see if they came with screws because ALL hinges come with screws if you purchase them somewhere. Will never buy again
I have been going all over hunting for a replacement for my broken drawer sockets. Yeah! You've got them! And after 3 cabinet shops told me that they couldn't order anything that would replace what I had...through your information I was able to determine the manufacturer of my sockets, find what was a replacement for it and at a SUPER price! Ordering was easy and now my drawer is finally repaired.
Everything was great in my purchase but I did have a negative on a 200 ft cable that I wanted to know if it could be available, telephone and chat were to no avail so I ordered my 60 ft. Cable and went to Amazon and purchased the 200 ft. Length. Sorry Hardware World but thanks for the good experience on the 50 ft. Length.
Some product descriptions were lacking in detail. The products I purchased had hole for screws but there was no indication of the distance between holes.
06/23/13 Your website indicated the size of the lifts was 4 1/8" - the size I was looking for. I needed this size to replace existing lifts utilizing existing holes. The sash lifts you sent were 4". Your product descriptions need to be updated - they clearly do not represent the product.
I haven't been able to find this shade anywhere and the lamps not even a year old! So I'm very happy to find it at your store. I received the shade but now I'm having problems finding out why I can't attach it. I've been in contact with Hardwareworld.com and we've been emailing back and forth in hopes to solve my problem. The only I gave 4 stars was because I'm having this issue. But the person who's been helping me should get all 5 stars because they've been so great in keeping in touch with me and we both hope to solve this problem soon...thanks!
I had older cabinets with a part that was no longer made. The online reference to help me find a replacement was great. The parts worked great-better than the old part number. My drawers and shelves are sliding and soring well now.

The online site was easy to navigate, and the price on the item I wanted was the LOWEST here. I am using plastic wallpaper trays for planter inserts inside wood frames this summer. When you need 12, the price savings really adds up!
