We have used the "tite chair glue" for quite some time and we use to purchase it at a local antique store. The price has gotten so high from the antique store, I decided to do some research online and see if I could find it cheaper. I believe this is about the fourth time I have reordered the glue and the price is at least 50% less--don't raise your price! Thanks Hardware World for this product.

I was very satisfied with my order and the service I received. The item could not be sent to a po box and the customer service rep emailed me promptly to fix the issue. They also waived the extra fee to change the address with UPS. I love how this company is determined to please their customers. They are very kind and professional.

Your prices was the lowest that I found, and I did a lot of price comparing. But how good is the grate frame? I will have to wait until the heating season slows down, so I can install it. I did look the new shaker frame grate over, and it looks like top notch quality. I sure it will work great. If I need more parts for my wood burning stove, you will be the first place I look for.

Thanks for the variety. Looking forward to future projects using your site. Got it installed, but couldn't use the drain trap as my sink doesn't have an overflow and the sink was too thin to accept the length of the drain cap. Had to keep the old one until I can figure out what to do.

Website was fine, they only thing I would suggest is recommendations listed for products associated with the product purchase. For example I ordered a paint pad, so there should have been a recommendation for the refill pads listed. Other than that, the transaction was easy and I received the products without delay.

I ordered supplies a few times from here because their prices were good. They delivered what I ordered on time so service has been excellent. As long as their prices remain good I will continue to use this site. If they raise the prices I'll look elsewhere.

Found you guys online, the tool price was great, I manufacture safety announcement systems for theme parks & go-kart tracks, I include this tool in all my systems, i will be buying more from you...

I ordered Goldblatt concrete knee boards and Marshalltown were sent instead. Your staff found out that Goldblatt had changed their style to the same as Marshalltown. They made an adjustment on price and I was pleased with the whole deal. I guess that your site should be updated to remove product that is not as advertised anymore.

It was a flawless experience, the product received was exactly what was expected based on the website description. The magnet letters are actually for the local Head Start program, so I hope they like them!.

I have always had an easy time with my orders but just because i was pressed for time this go round there ended up being an issue grrrr lol. Problem all solved though. ;)

First time ordering from here, ordering was easy and the products were shipped quickly. I love the fact that the quantities in stock are listed online rather than wasting time ordering something that's not available.

More shipping options please. I believe USPS offers Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes for shipping with prices less than the $**.** I paid.\nDeliver the product described and I will be satisfied. No follow up necessary.

Order 3 items and one was damaged right out of the box. I contacted customer service, they requested a couple pics and shipping receipt. I forwarded those via email to them and by the following day they notified me that they had shipped a replacement. This is what customer service should be modeled after! Hats off to them.

Easy site to use and you always have in stock what I order. This time the items were not made 100% to specs and were defective. The service that I am getting from the company about my order is very good. They are handling it very quickly and so far to my liking. I am pleased.

Hardware World had exactly the float we were looking for with photos and description. Buying was easy, and the float arrived quickly. We have not yet installed it but assume it will work as well as its predecessor.
