So happy to find this product, as I have looked at every hardware store, and had determined that they must have quit making it, but you had just what I needed.

The product that I received was as described and was just what I wanted, and it had become very hard to find. Thankfully Hardware World stocks this Sandpaper Mesh screen.

I could not believe how fast I received the product. I ordered one day, and it arrived the next, and I did not choose 1 day shipping. I just believe that your shipping department is right on the ball serving their customers.

I will definitely return to repurchase this product when needed, and will search your site often for other products that I use in my construction business, as well as for personal woodworking, etc, projects.

Used Restor-a-Finish on a dining room table that was left to me by my grandparents. The table was purchased in the 1920's and had not had any treatment on the finish for at least 50 years. The product brought out the beautiful grain in the wood. Although it did not completely remove all the water rings, they are hardly noticeable. Plan to use again soon to see if a second treatment helps more.

Great place to shop!

Great place to shop! Price on the items I have purchased were great. The site was very easy to navigate. I have always received my orders faster at hardwareworld.com than any other site I've ordered from. I will defiantly be returning when I need something. I own a water well drilling business and usually when I order something it may very well be 50 to 100 of the same item and they have always had the amount in stock that I needed. That cant be said for a lot of sites. Thanks Hardwareworld.com!

The last bottle of oil, of my order arrived, before I had a chance to call them the 2nd time.
They quickly respond to emails that they receive, as they are responding right away to a regular phone call, though it would be nice to talk to someone on the phone too -- but with emails they can read what the complaint or problem is about so there might be less confusion over an issue with an order.
Overall am very satisfied with my order, their Customer Service gals who responded so quickly, and how quickly my order arrived and how it was packed and shipped. Yes, I will probably order from them again.

This was my first experience with Hardwareworld and it won't be my last. I had a very hard time finding the items I needed from others sources due to insufficient quantities, can't provide sizes to match, etc. Hardwareworld had everything I needed and responded beyond expectations in getting the hardware to me in a timely fashion.

Excellent, though the shipping seemed high. Noticed on Amazon that the same product cost three times more but the shipping was zero. Actually, hardware world ended up being the less expensive alternative.

I placed two orders and each had an issue

I placed two orders and each had an issue. With the second one I actually received the wrong order and my own order was delayed which in turn delayed my project. Both times customer service was very nice. But I still have the wrong order and they have not yet issue a FedEx recall.I think this is a nice company but they need to address their shipping department issues.

One of the items I ordered arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Customer Service and am presently waiting for a replacement, that I was told would be forthcoming.

I had a problem when my browser would not open pull-down menus on the checkout page. After re-booting, it worked.

The axe handles I received were not as advertised. The eye dimensions were wrong. After exchanging emails and sending photographs, I am returning the items.

The product is ONE hose fitting

The product is ONE hose fitting. It is perfect for its purpose. It is small enough to fit into any conventional mail box for shipping and receiving purposes. This product however cost more to ship then the product and that is because the Hardware World is not caring enough to follow a costlier shipping study for its customers but rather ship everything out at the highest minimum and be on the safe margin side.
I have said all this because I was begged to give answer to this request. I did not say it to impart any reflection on the companies goods and services. These comments are strictly my opinion of the cost of shipping.

Ordered John Stering brackets. Did not know the rails were specific to the manufacturer. Could not find rails in local area compatible. Suggest on Website that this be noted. Cost a second shipping order to be made and delayed project

Great price, even with the shipping cost

Great price, even with the shipping cost. My husband has used this particular series of KV drawer slides for years, but with COVID shut downs, our local lumber yard has had trouble getting them in. It was great finding them where they could be shipped right away!

I was disappointed because when I wanted to make a change on my order, there was no provision for change. I tried calling the number on the website, it referred me back to the website. Improve the buying experience so that customers have access to change or cancel their orders just like they place orders. Thank you

Great service

Great service. Items arrived timely and I have already used them the following week. Packaging was adequate. I did google hardwareworld.com coupons as there is a field on the checkout page to insert a coupon code.( I was actually looking for free shipping as hardwareworld.com had the needed items at the lowest cost) While there is a plethora of coupons, none actually worked. My communications with hardwareworld.com indicates they do not actually have coupons. If that is the case, they need to remove the coupon code field from their checkout page. Otherwise a good purchase
