I have no complaints about the ordering process and the delivery was fast. I'm just so spoiled with free shipping, using my Amazon Prime account. Still, the overall price of the locks was cheaper than any I found on Amazon.
I placed an order, which totaled $7.56. This total does not include shipping. I was unaware that you would require a signature for each order, no matter how large. I am disabled and live on the second floor of a private house. Many deliveries are made here and the boxes are left at the front door. By the time I reached the front door, the delivery truck had taken off. The note left stated they would try again the next day. I spent the next day waiting half way down the stairs, until I thought I heard the truck coming down the street. How about alerting your customers and possibly a note for the delivery driver to be patient.
I hated how it kept telling me my cart was empty when I knew I had put 6 items in it. Also, there seemed to be a lot of products that I could find by doing a keyword search that didn't show up when I was browsing under the department tabs.
I hated the design of the website, but I liked everything else.
We knew what we were looking for and shopped in several local stores and could not find the item. We then came home and typed in the item and it popped up immediately. We quickly ordered a quality of 30 casing blocks so we could finish our project. Several days later we hand our order with no problems. Thank you for your service.
This is a great website. In fact, it's one of the best shopping websites that I've ever been on. Kudos to your web designer. It's great that you have a central shipping location in KS - I'll have my stuff in 2 business days.
Your online website was very easy to use. I liked the product so much that I just placed an order for five more (bed riser casters). I had a hard time finding anything similar here at home. The risers give me underbed storage and raise the bed high enough so that caregivers are able to provide service easier.
In the stars that you give us above, you need to indicate whether the first star is high or low. I just assumed that a five star rating was best. Is that a correct assumption?
My only complaint is that the customer service phone number does not connect to a service person. It only directs you to email them. I had problems ordering the correct size faucet as I'm not familiar with these items and could have used some personal help. I am pleased with your return policy and finally did order and receive the correct size faucets. Thank you. Maureen Morris

Quick and easy to place order. Received a phone call from the company regarding the items that were ordered as they were on back order and delivery would be in a couple of weeks. They apologized for the delay and that really let me know that this company really tries to make their customers happy. I received my order within the delayed time period and am very satisfied with the product that I ordered.
Upon ordering my boots I wanted to change the size that unordered so I quickly emailed their customer service. They were very prompt with getting back to me. After some advice from the customer service center I kept the original size I ordered. I got the order within a week and they are great! Love them!

The above statement is still true. However, at check out, the total purchase appeared to be $15.__. When I pressed submit the total was $26.__. That was $5 more than the product. If I had purchased from a different supplier I would have saved over $5.

It was exactly what I wanted - not for mail delivered to my house but to attach to the my horse's stall door at the boarding stable to hold the supplements he receives with his meals. I have been looking for a long time for a box/container for this purpose, metal mail boxes have sharp edges and the shapes are not suitable. It was by accident that I found the website for your company and saw exactly what I needed. I put two of the boxes up on the stall and immediately other boarders were asking where I found them as they are in the same situation that I was in - how to put the supplements where they are accessible by the barn staff (on the stall door) but horses can't reach them. With my handy drill, they were easy to install. I also bought one to use at my home, to replace the rusted dented metal mail box affixed to my house.
It is easy to find the product that I am looking for on this website. I was concerned if the glass vacuum pump pot would be broken during the shipment. Much to my relief I found the product well protected for shipment. I will buy other items from Hardware World again.
Site pretty easy to use, loads quickly, the only reason that I didn't rate 5 stars is that there isn't capability to simply say you want to order what you did last time - at least as far as I can tell. Other than that, pricing, accuracy of order, and rapidness of delivery were all great!
The ordered parts were needed for an installation that needed to be moved up in the schedule.
All parts arrived one day earlier than promised, allowing us to complete the job on time.

Hardware World had the best price on the heavy duty wall brackets I had been looking for. After ordering them I was sent all the tracking information and the parts showed up right away. The parts must have been shipped out the next day for me to receive them that fast. Thank you for a great ordering experience.
