We had an issue before with the epoxy having one part become lumpy and extremely hard to get from the tube. You guys did stand behind the bad product. So we tried again and the new product is similar in that the one part is lumpy again but not as hard to use, yet anyway.
Perhaps the manufacturer is at fault, but I will not be able to take that chance in the future on large orders.
I ordered the smallest flat metal L corners I could find which barely worked for my purpose. I would like to see a smaller size made such as 3/16 to 1/4 inch wide and 1 to 1 and 1/2 inch long and about 2/3 or 1/2 as thick for more delicate bracing on picture frames.

I was very pleased with the price & prompt delivery. For some reason, Imperial Cleaner can not longer be found in retail stores. I have used this product for over 50 years & it so great to be able to find a source to purchase this product. I will definitely order more in the future.
After purchasing I changed my mind and wanted something else. Before the product even arrived, I requested an RMA, as the return policy suggests. I had to ask three times, the third rather emphatically, before someone even responded. This was over the course of a few days, by which time the product had arrived. If customer service is not supposed to handle these requests, there should be a very obvious link to allow for such requests. This was otherwise my only issue. Delivery was timely, and the product looked to be in good condition when it arrived.
It sure would be nice to be able to use my own Business shipping account - no accommodation online to do so. My discount allows me to ship by roughly 1/2 less expensively than what Hardware World charges.

Easy to order. Everything was fine except the gallon can was all dinged up and dented when we received the package. Thankfully it isn't leaking. I would place the blame on the shipping company, not Hardware World, but Hardware World, you should know they are not handling your packages with care!

I was able to put 20 Orbit 1/2" to 1/4" converters into my cart then when I went to check out I was told you had none in stock and I'd be charged additional shipping fees (which are already high) once the items were back in stock. I'd like to know that before the check out process.
The two taping knives that I received or not very high quality the 10 inch blade look like a snake real wavy blade was mounted crooked in the wood handle and the 12 inch knife is just as flimsy and weak as a 10 more homeowner purposes than construction trade not happy

They have a great selection of products with very reasonable prices. I needed some cement sealer and could not find the Seal Krete wet look at my local hardware store. I looked up the product and saw that it was available on Hardware world. I ordered what I needed and it arrived within a few days. I would suggest you re think using UPS. Even though they had a phone number and email they kept saying they could not find the residence. They have been coming here for 10 years so they blamed it on must be a new driver. We are grateful you had the product we needed but after spending several hours on the phone giving directions, landmarks anything that would help. We finally received the package on March 27th. Not sure it was worth it
